“Lovely hotel”
Las Negras is fantastic and location of Calagrande is great. Room was comfortable and a good size. Bathroom maybe needs a refresh but otherwise no issues.

I realise that it was no fault of the hotel but also it was no fault of ours. I booked an overnight stay for my wife's birthday with plans to enjoy the facilities at the hotel specifically the spa. However upon arrival the national electrical blackout occurred which left us with no facilities available whatsoever. No spa, no internet, no air-conditioning in the room, no TV, no lights and no food available. As I said no fault of the hotel but we did not get what we payed for. I think that we should be offered a full or partial refund or a credited overnight stay on a future date which is convenient for both myself and the hotel. Thanks. Daryl Lee
