Very professional and nice staff. Super clean. Small enough that they know you by name. The pool is great and offers shade in the heat of the day. The beach is a 1 min walk. It is very big beach with beautiful sunsets. The road is long to get there so plan accordingly.

“The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We really loved the Show Pony!”
Show Pony resort exceeded or expectations during our stay in November. The resort extends from the beach to the mangrove. Beach front there are chairs and lounge chairs in the shade. At the resort itself, there are little apartments around the pool and a cute restaurant. Behind the resort is a mangrove forest with a dock and walkway. I saw monkeys in the walkway. The resort also offers kayak rentals and tours through the estuary. We enjoyed that a lot!

“Beautiful sunsets and fab food at Show Pony”
With permission, we were able to bring our dog, which was so great. The staff—- especially Jose and Einar—- were exceptional. We loved how close to the beach the resort is, and the beach is clean, beautiful and never crowded. We’ve stayed at two other resorts in Las Lajas, which were fine, but Show Pony is a better deal all around. We liked the food and appreciated how Einar brought our breakfast to our outdoor table at our room. He brought coffee without being asked which was a big win!! Thank you, Show Pony, we will be back.

“Extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful place”
The staff was very nice making our stay particularly enjoyable. The chef was a magician making a very tasty meals. The swimming pool and the beach were also great and all the surroundings were beautiful.

Honestly everything was exceptional. The location is beautiful, the beach is very close and you can walk for an hour and still not reach the end of it. The resort itself is very thematized and you can see that a lot of care went into the design. One of the best places I have visited. The staff is very kind and always helpful. Jose was especially kind to suggest programs for each day we spent there. The cocktails are a must try!

“We loved it! Nice treat! We will be back!! :)”
The staff were fabulous and the restaurant was great!! Parking was great because we parked just outside the back door, facilitating access to luggage entry. We enjoyed ordering from the restaurant and being able to eat right on our balcony. The kayaking was fun as well!

“Very quiet and very comfortable, if you don't like croweds this is for you.”
We beautiful beach and we were able to bring our little dog. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was miles of sandy beach and no one on it.
