“We highly recommend Las Lajas Beach Resort!!”
We spent four nights at Las Lajas Beach Resort, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is located right on the beautiful beach of Playa Las Lajas. This vast beach is truly breathtaking, especially at sunset, when the sky fills with stunning colors. It is perfect for family swimming as well as for learning to surf. The property is human-sized, well organized, and carefully maintained. The kindness of the staff is truly one of the establishment’s greatest strengths. The entire team is warm and attentive. The food and cocktails are good, and the prices remain reasonable for a hotel. We were able to rent surfboards directly at the reception. The manager made herself available to arrange a horseback riding tour for us, guided by Gama, a local native who passionately shared his love for the area. It was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Las Lajas Beach Resort.

“Wonderful, peaceful & fun”
I love everything about the resort. Friendly staff, great menu / food choices, casual attire. Beautiful grounds we'll kept. The beach is wonderful & uncrowded, palapas are great for shade & pool inviting. Beautiful sunsets. Have been going several times a year for 17 years!

“Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach”
The hotel is located directly on an endless palm-lined beach. The breakfast, which is available for a fee, is excellent, as is the view from the shady seating areas right on the beach. The beach invites you to take wonderful walks.

“We loved Las Lajas Beach Resort!”
This is a lovely little resort right at the beach...which is beautiful at all times of the day/never crowded. The on site restaurant had a large menu and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially with our limited Spanish.

“Fantastic experience, everything we could have hoped for and more”
The beachfront location was really special, the kids loved playing in the waves and we loved stargazing once the sun went down. The pool was a real hit with the kids too, and the food in the restaurant was far better than we imagined. We only had a night here on the way to David but wish we could have stayed longer.

“Nice small resort”
Nice beach and swimming pool! Their Restaurant is a good option to eat, reasonable prices and vey friendly staff. It is goood to have a car since village is 20 min away. Road to the beach is fine but as anywhere in Panama - you need to be careful and watch out for the potholes. If you don’t want to eat at the resort - In the centre od Las Lajas is amazing Italian restaurant - they make delicious pizzas!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had numerous meals at the restaurant over my couple of stays there. Every meal I had was excellent. Would highly recommend.
