Close to the city center, yet calm and quiet. The pictures are completely true to reality. Room Huge dining room, kitchen and living room. Bus stops about 6 minutes, the beach 8-10 minutes. There is a cheap discount food store nearby.

The location is central, even though the whole streets around were being rebuilt (so not an easy access at the time). Walking distance to shops and city center
