I liked the proximity to all the great places you can visit in larnaca like the lake and the church.

Family run business- very friendly, approachable and helpful! Everything you need at your doorstep, close to local amenities and beach, had sea view from the balcony and pool view from the window. Working a/c in both rooms and good size pool, very clean and well maintained. Bar with drinks and good food at reasonable prices available at the location. I have nothing negative to say about this Acommodation, good value for money.

The staf was very nice and helpful. It has a great location near the beach and the lake. The kitchen is clean and modern. Balcony is nice and big. It was nice that rooms had a lot of windows.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant hosts. They are ready to answer any question, help in non-standard situations. It's a 5-7-minute walk to the sea. It's 15 minutes to the shops. It is convenient to get to the airport, while the noise of airplanes does not interfere with rest. The rooms are cleaned every day. In the bar on the territory of the hotel you can order breakfast, and in general food, if you do not want to cook or go to a restaurant. There are many different restaurants and taverns along the sea on the way to the city centre. The furniture is a little old, but comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, iron and hair dryer can be taken to the reception. We had a late flight, but we were allowed to leave our things on the territory of the hotel. In the evening there was an opportunity to take a shower and change my clothes before departure. In general, for a relatively inexpensive price you get good service and a pleasant rest

Nice family run hotel, everybody is very kind. The pool is superb, very clear, water temperature is perfect. Fridge is silent just like air conditioner which I really loved. The size of apartment is great, though the sink behind the bathroom door is bit awkward. Many nice outside sitting options.
