“Nice and quiet apartment with huge balconies”

It was quiet. I was a bit concerned that central location might come with loud and busy nightlife, especially that I looked at many other places and all the reviews mentioned that the streets are very loud during the night. But this apartment is in a nice and quiet street. If you want a quiet night, this place is for you. It is also just a few mins away from the town centre and from the beach. It is a nice apartment with kitchen, washing machine and 2 huge balconies. A hotel room would have been more expensive and way less comfortable. If I go back to Larnaca, I will stay at this place for sure.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all necessary household equipment. Great location, very close to main bus station Finikoudes and to the beach. Easy check-in with detailed instructions. Gina is a very kind host and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for making our stay a fabulous experience!

Very nice and cosy apartment with everything you need to feel like home. Located near the beach, the promenade and even the bus station, it was the best choice for us. It is also very easy to reach from the airport by bus. Gina is very nice and answered every question we asked in a very short time. She left for us a bottle of cold water in the fridge that was perfect after the journey and also some almond milk good for coffee😉, like she red my mind🤗. I recommend it for couples

Very nice and spacious apartment that had everything we needed during our holiday. Well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom (with towels and hairdryer), air conditioning in living room and bedroom, stable wifi connection. The front terrace is a great place to have breakfast or dinner. The location is great. Apartment is easily accessible by bus from Larnaca airport (bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk). It is also a short walk to the beach. There are many cafes and shops in the area. There is also a luggage storage facility not far from the apartment, which we were told about by the owner Gina, who was very kind and helpful to us.

Location and layout of the apartment, including fully separation of the leaving room from sleeping room. The apartment is very spacious. Close to the city centre and the beach. Large terrace.

“great choice for Larnaca”

very good location, 7 min walk to the beach, the owner is very friendly, on request he provided a bed for our baby boy, parking and elevator in the building. one big terrace out from the living room.
