Communication with the owner was great; they greeted us and even left us some water. We liked the location; everything we needed was nearby, including supermarkets and a Lidl. Keep in mind that it's a 15-20 minute walk to the center. For us, it was fine.

Everything was great. Especially having extra basic necessities.

There were a few issues from the start, but they were resolved with messages. The owner was always in touch. Of course, everything is old; repairs and the sofa need replacing. I slept on it and it was completely uncomfortable; it was sagging. Painting the walls isn't a big investment. And everything needs a really good cleaning. There's a large patch in the middle of the bathroom. A large mirror is missing; it's impossible to see what someone is wearing. When I arrived, I was grateful for the water in the refrigerator; it was hot. I also liked the terrace. When I left, the woman took the children to the bus stop on the embankment and then me to the airport. I'm very grateful to the owner and the woman for that. I apologize for such reviews, but I'm reporting the reality. I don't want to embellish. I've been to many countries and there are places I'd like to return to, but alas.

“Very disappointing”

It had an 8.7 rating when I booked it, but is now very tired and is in a tired building in a tired area of Larnaca. It now needs money spending on it. There is no shower curtain, so a shower is impossible, the bath has been 'patched up' inside at the bottom and the grout all around the bath needs replacing, the 'table and chairs' are very old and need replacing, the outside was very untidy with mops, buckets, broken chair. It could be made to be quite acceptable, but needs updating. The 'parking' is just on the roadside outside. There's no microwave, certainly no Hot Tub lol and no barbecue facilities as listed. OK so also all these things that are listed as available are not: Some fruits, laundry service, snack bar, and packed lunches are also available. There is also NO valet parking, parking garage, mini bar, tea/coffee maker (unless you count a kettle lol), and the property is certainly not detached...There needs an actual kitchen cupboard where the oven should be where kitchen equipment is just piled untidily. Yes agreed it's cheap, but really needs updating now.

Unfriendly place ,close to the Frog's disco, with the high power music till the 2:30 AM, only ideal if you don't want sleep and become crazy with the noise.

There was everything we needed: the kitchen where we cooked, the ironing board with the iron, many towels, hot water, many shops and restaurants around, the rent car services and pharmacies. The host was very welcoming, he took us from and back to the airport, answered all my questions before and during our stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment for three weeks..Afxentis was always easy to contact and he sorted out a few problems a very quickly.. also he was able to give us some good locations to go and visit .. All the facilities worked well.. Easy parking in the street.. Very handy location for popping into larnaca quickly.. We would have no hesitation in using this apartment in the future.. “Great stay”

The most amazing host! Exceeded any expectation anything from communication between any needs we had as a family was there for us to help and accommodate as first time in Larnaca!

We were staying at Marina Apartment 4 during 10 days in the second part of november and it was rather warm weather and sea for such season. Polite english speaking host, who solve quickly all problems. There is nearby small shop and some cafes. There are some supermarkets (lidl, ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ) about 10 minutes walking. Zorbas bakery is the best place with tasty food (1 km along the street). Bus stop nearby. Small patio included.

“Perfect value for money and the friendliest host ever”

The apartment offers an excellent value for money - it is located within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the direct city centre, yet there is a bus stop around 2 mins away in case you want to avoid the walk. The location on the northern side of the city makes for great convenience in terms of shopping - majority of major supermarkets are located within a ten minute walk from the flat which would not be the case when staying in the city centre. Everything you need will be found in the apartment - including two perfectly working AC units and a spacious terrace outside with two garden chairs and a table - perfect for an outdoor dinner or breakfast. However, the best aspect of the flat is the host - he was truly lovely, offered to pick us up from the airport and gave us a lift on a couple occasions as well as gave perfect recommendations for restaurants in the city as well as getting around Larnaca. Easily the best host I have ever had in a Booking/AirBnB apartment - also brought us some refreshments for our arrival including his own farm-grown passion fruit!

“Satisfied”

The host is very friendly. He picked us from the airport and although our departure flight was late in the evening he allowed us to stay in the appartment and gave us a lift to the airport. One of the A/C wasn't working and the day I told him, he arranged technitians.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, with a cozy patio in the garden. We stayed there for 10 days and there was all we needed. Mr Afxentis kindly helped to transfer us with all our pets from the airport and we found water in the fridge and fruits on the table. The 24-hour kiosk and the pharmacy are very close and the supermarket, some cafes etc. are also nearby. The beach (Phinikoudes promenade) is 15 min walk.

Everything was great. I would book it again if I return to Cyprus.
