It is a miracle to find such a comfortable and rather big home so close to the town center. Courtyard is a bonus! My kids spent all the time outside, nevermind the heat! They listened to cicadas, played with their toys, drew the whole city out of chalk! Awesome, just, awesome. 10 is not enough.

everything was more then fine,but plug adapters were missing and refrigerator worked on average.Host was very attentive and She helped us in many things.Location was good , close to the beach.

“Just perfect”
Everything was perfect. The location is in a quiet, friendly residential area, Larnaca town centre is a short walk away. There is space to park a car right outside the property. The courtyard is very spacious and is not overlooked at all. It feels safe and homely. The accommodation has everything you need and is clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, we will always look to book the Lemon Tree Courtyard now whenever we visit Larnaca/Cyprus.

The place is very cozy and welcoming. Wonderful option if you are travelling as a group of friends. Also wonderful option if you want to live where locals live. Elena is definitely an exceptional host. Just for an example, we had a water pressure issue in one of the showers. We reported to Elena and she took care of the issue on the same day, even though it was Sunday! Wow. On a side notice, she is a very, very pleasant lady, she stayed up until 4 AM, because our flight was delayed. Made sure we checked in and only then went to sleep. The place itself had everything we needed: towels, kitchen stuff, etc. If you're not sure about anything - just contact her beforehand, she is super-responsive. “Cosy and quite atmosphere in totally local surroundings ☺️”
The place is amazing experience itself! We absolutely loved the traditional house with pretty garden and lemon tree inside. All what you need is in the house (including air-condition in all of the rooms!). Neighborhood is calm and very local (you will barely see tourists). Supermarket and bakery is 5 minutes walking from the bungalow. Elena was super nice host, very reachable anytime we needed some info and helpful :) Definitely recommend!!!

“Excellent value in a comfortable courtyard complex.”
The courtyard living area was lovely and such an enjoyable part of our stay. Super clean and comfortable. Charming and thoughtful hostess. Lovely master bedroom and nice bathrooms. Good sized kitchen. There is a lemon tree, of course.
