Nice studio apartment with excellent sea views. Comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen, it was great to have a washing machine, and washing powder provided! The AC was excellent and cooled the studio very quickly. Bathroom was well stocked with shower gel, soap etc. We had a great stay and would recommend

The property is perfectly located and equipped. Just the furniture and everything in the apartment is mainly old. We really did not mind. It was very clean and spacious.

The place has a perfect location and an amazing view to the sea! The host was very helpful regarding accomodation, the way to reach the parking and all of the questions that we had. The place was squeaky clean! We would totaly stay there again if we visit Larnaka. : )

Good apartment for a holiday in Larnaca! The view from the window is amazing — you can see the sea and the promenade. Big thanks to the hosts: they had the place ready earlier than the check-in time, were very friendly, and quickly sorted out the internet.

“A cosy apartment right at the centre at a good price!”
The property is right in the middle of the busiest part of Larnaca. While I am not sure I'd enjoy this during peak time, it was super good in December. Right on the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from was great. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kitchen equipment. You could cook a meal if you wanted and after a shopping trip, have a nice breakfast right there before hitting the road.
