I received a lot of assistance from the owner, Nicolas, who was extremely friendly, and polite. I arrived at 3 am, and he was waiting for me. He was eager to chat with me and make arrangements before I arrived. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the room was exceptionally clean.

Great apartment with private rooms and shared facilities. The other people staying there were all quiet and respectful. Facilities were clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. It was very hot when I was in Cyprus and the aircon in the room was a life saver. Great value for money and good location - near a grocery store and bus stop and not far from the beach

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the guesthouse during our vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything that you need. Nicholas, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with storing our luggage outside of the booked hours. His hospitality and attentiveness truly made our experience special. We can't recommend Kimonos Guesthouse enough – a fantastic getaway with exceptional service!

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Larnaca with a caring and lovely host. I enjoyed my stay at Nicolas’ small guesthouse a lot and also made first arrangements for returning in autumn. The price is good, the location is great (though mit directly at the beach it is a very walkable distance), and the amenities comprehensive. The kitchen includes all essential kitchenware, and if necessary, Nicolas evens washes your clothes for a small fee of 4,- €.

All good: a pleasant and clean place in a fairly central location equipped with everything that is needed, a nice view from the balcony of the room I had, and a friendly and helpful host. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Very nice rooms with a private balcony overlooking the city. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook (even oil, salt) and a shared bathroom for 2 rooms. Was very clean and calm there. Nicolas helped me a lot with public transport and recommendations. Thank you!

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a good wi-fi and air-conditioning, it has a nice balcony with an open view over the city. The shared kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals. The host Nicolas is very helpful, giving a lot of advice about moving around and places to visit. Quiet neighbourhood with a great bakery nearby! Definitely good value for money!
