I completely agree with other reviews. From the overall comfort and spaciousness of the house to attention to the smallest detail from Minas and Tracy, this really is as good as you could expect. We were particularly grateful for the airport pickup and drop-off, being able to check out late and for the thoughtful supplies in the fridge and in the fruit bowl. Absolutely no hesitation in scoring Haven House a 10!

Minas was an exceptionally helpful and kind host from start to finish. He kindly picked us up from the airport, showed us around the local area, and recommended great places to shop and eat. The apartment itself was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. What really set this place apart was the thoughtful touch of providing fresh fruit and breakfast items, something I haven’t experienced before and which truly deserves top marks. The location was ideal — close to shops and supermarkets, and within walking distance of the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Minas and his wife took exceptional care of us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with many local delicacies, food, fruit, and drinks. We were picked up from the airport and then taken on a short drive around Larnaca to see the main attractions of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and each room had air conditioning with a heating function. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need – it was fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The beds were very comfortable, with duvets and pillows of just the right thickness. There were two bathrooms, which added extra comfort, as well as plenty of towels, including beach towels. It was also lovely to spend time on the well-sunlit terrace under the lemon tree. Our return flight was very early in the morning, yet Minas kindly offered to drive us to the airport – we truly appreciated it. It was a pleasure to meet such warm and kind people, full of passion and attentive to every detail to make our stay enjoyable – we felt at home.

House was great. It has everything and very comfortable. The owner wait for us at the airport. He show Larnaka to us. City center is on walking distance. There is several bus station near house. Everything was perfect and I hope we will come again!

* Clean and comfortable beds. * Large bedrooms and very large kitchen and lounge area. * Private outside patio. * Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. * Quiet air con units. * A fridge full of food on arrival: eggs, milk, bread, juice, several bottles of water, coca cola and lemonade, bowls of apples, bananas and grapes, butter, jam plus a box of cereals, tea and coffee (this was all very welcome). * 10/15 minute walk to the bus station and to the main beach and restaurant area. * Cafe, restaurant, small supermarket, large supermarket and fantastic bakery all within a 5 minute walk * Space to park a car. * Minas (the owner) contacted us a few days before our arrival to arrange to pick us up from Larnaca airport (thank you for waiting, our flight was delayed by 90 minutes). He was then able to show us around the property.

We had an exceptional wonderful experience staying at Haven House, very clean and very well-organised. Everything you need you can find in there, very polite and friendly the host who is available to help with the airport transfer or any other issues. We travelled as family members of five persons and plus my daughter's friend and the property was spacious and relaxing. Very warm welcome with fresh fruits and fizzy drinks. Thank you very much!

Midas is a wonderful host – he provided basic breakfast essentials, water, juices, etc. The house is located close to the city center and the beach, just a short walk away. It looks even better than in the photos. Everything was very clean. I would gladly recommend this place!

This was a great experience! The house is located near the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is no problem with parking for a rented car. Minos, the host, is super friendly and helpful and you can ask him anything if you have questions about planning your trip, etc. The house was also really clean, we felt great there and there was even a TV with channels in our language (Polish)! Overall, an amazing experience, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends traveling to Cyprus.

Excellent property in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk to shops and beach. Very well equipped. The property owners collected us from the airport and had provided groceries fruit and water. They also took us back to the airport. Highly recommend this property .

the holiday home has all the comfort you need on a holiday. The host is very open to any request I had. What's more, It was fresh fruit and food for breakfast in the fridge. All this just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

I think it was the best accommodation I ever had on booking.com Minas was an incredible host. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport. He was always open to help us with any information. The house is located in a quiet area, quite central, at most 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car from non-stop shops, the Zobras patisserie (an exceptional one), and the beach is 15 minutes walk away down or 5 min by car. The house has a free parking space in the "courtyard". The house has 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, very large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with table and chairs. Minas and his wife waited us with water, juice, fruits, milk, cereals, bread and eggs. Thank you very much for hosting !

Everything was very clean and comfy . The host was very nice with us checking if we need anything, she also left a bascket with fruits in the fridge, water and also something for breakfast . We were 5 people so having 2 bathrooms was perfect. Also the kitchen has everything you need. I highly recommend Haven House. It is not far , 15-18 min walk from the center.

Starting from the way of conversation with the owner, for the fact that he picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, drove us around the resort to show us the main attractions and left us several products in the fridge to deal with after road. About the house, it's an ideal place to relax, equipped with absolutely everything you need for a family. Very clean, everything set up with care. Perfect accommodation for an ideal holiday.
