Nice and simple room with all you need. Mike and his friends were great and made us really welcome. Close to beach and good food.

firstly,Mr. Mike was an exceptional host.. was greeted warmly and he was really accomodating.he gave a quick tour and explained how everything works. next, the chef was also superb.. he made a delectable souvla which i enjoyed soo much.. 11/10 rating❤️🙂 highly recommended.. was worth your time and money

Great central location. The owner is a very friendly guy. He has a pub downstairs as well. Good opportunity to grab some food or drinks. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a shared space with water, tea, coffee and a hairdryer. While we were there, there were no other guests. He kindly let us choose any room we wanted as an upgrade. Thanks again!

We can only recommend this place! The property is located a short distance from the Larnaca seafront, above the bar run by the same owner Mike. Our room was cozy and absolutely functional. In one corner there was a cleverly designed built-in wardrobe, sufficiently spacious and with plenty of hangers—something quite rare to find! There also were adapters for the power outlets—another detail that can really make a difference when traveling. Small touches like the bottles of water on arrival and the chocolates on the pillow made for a lovely welcome. It was also very convenient to have access to a shared area with a toaster, microwave, kettle, and a large water dispenser to fill your bottles for the day. Finally, the host Mike deserves special praise—he is truly a wonderful host, extremely kind, funny and welcoming. He did everything possible to make us feel at home and to help us fully enjoy our short break in Cyprus.

“Good hotel”

My stay here was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming environment. The host is incredibly cordial and went out of his way to assist me with everything I needed, which made a huge difference during my trip. One of the most helpful gestures was that they stored my luggage for me, allowing me to explore Cyprus freely and comfortably without any extra weight.

Mike was an amazing host and gave us a warm and heartfelt welcome to Larnaca. Place is centrally located, cosy, clean. Would come back there next time for sure!

I recommend this guesthouse from the bottom of my heart. Such a sweet and magical spot, and it’s sparkling clean! There’s a great bar there, and Mike the owner is amazing ,he’s so helpful and gives you a real feeling of home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
