The apartment building was clean and easy to access, ample parking available and a very clean apartment itself. Mario was great - there was water and refreshments waiting in the apartment for our arrival which was so kind. Well equipped kitchen! The beach is a 5-10mins walk which is great and the old town is 15mins walk away.

Lovely greeting from Mario who met us with the keys and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay, leaving his number with us in case of any issues or questions which we may have had. Excellent location about a 5 minute walk from the beach and main promenade which has lots of places to eat and drink. Lovely sea view from the apartment which was nice to sit on the balcony to eat breakfast or sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

The property is well located. Five minute walk to the beach and the tourist strip. It is a modern well design apartment and caters for all your needs. For those who have young children, the apartment is on the fifth floor with a glass balcony. Special Thankyou to Mario who is a fantastic host

Everything was amazing! The apartment looked even better than the photos! Cozy, modern, with great facilities, not to mention the view. The only minus is that it’s on a main boulevard so it can get a bit loud, but other than that no complaints. The manager of the property- Marios, was an absolute sweetheart. He was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect- 5- 10 minute walk to the beach and the center.

Everything was perfect, better than expected. The view from all rooms is absolutely stunning. The location of the apartment is strategic - near the bus station and near the main promenade - but you do not have to leave the apartment to feel like sitting on the beach :-) The big windows and balcony are wonderful to make you feel like being outside all the time. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with all you may imagine. There was a welcome gift waiting in the apartment what was very nice. The contact with the owner and also with the man who took care of us during the stay was very good, quick and nice. Every question was resolved immediately and all answers were responded with tips, recommendations and advice. The surrounding is good with many bars, restaurants and also shops to buy everything needed. The bus service in Larnaka is also good. It is a perfect place to spend holiday time.

Everything was great. From the apartment itself that was clean and had every appliance needed, to the location and service. On the day we arrived, the elevator malfunctioned, and they got it fixed very fast on the same day.

The apartment was spotless. It was modern and well equipped with everything you need. Washington machine. Tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc…
