Comfortable, clean, spacious and beautiful apartment, with lots of equipment. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the main street, Fenikoudes bus station and the beach. The owner was really helpfull, flexible, understanding, answered every question. Highly recommend it. ❤️

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. The apartment was brand new, spotless, and clearly very well maintained—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. It comfortably accommodated our group of six, offering both space and privacy. The location is simply perfect: right in the heart of Larnaca, just steps away from the seaside promenade and the beautiful Church of Saint Lazarus. Everything you need—restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach—is within easy walking distance. The hosts were exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Their professionalism and warmth truly elevated our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience in every aspect. We were extremely happy with our choice and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a prime location in Larnaca. We would gladly return!

“A great stay!!”
A very clean and spacious apartment for 3 adults and 3 children. All requests were met and owner personally came over to help with a few things. Easy 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Great facilities for cooking breakfast. Balcony was a good size for dining and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and spacious apartment, located in a quiet area, but still close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equiped with amenities and the communication with the hosts went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Great Place!”
Our experience was exceptional! The rooms were spacious, the apartment was very clean, with new furniture. The building was very quiet and the location is perfect - less than a 5 min walk from bus stops with transport linked directly to the airport. Mini markets, restaurants and the beach are a short walk away from the apartment. The owners were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
