“Beautiful stay”

Giorgos- the owner was AMAZING! So considerate & kind- the apartment is the most fully equipped place we've ever stayed - he really has thought of everything- he even left us some lemons from his garden & bought us a bunch of bananas ( from the supermarket). The whole place left us feeling warm & loved & we are very grateful to him in creating such a beautiful energy. We are walkers so don't mind the fact that the location is not near the beach- but Finikoudes is around a 30 minute walk away- of course having a car is easier & as there is a covered parking space - it is ideal. Everything was perfect. It's a nice clean apartment in a quiet area, near the 418 line bus stop, which leaves You at the central bus station, steps away from Finikoudes. A big supermarket is 200 m away. The host, Giorgos, waited for us at the airport, left us a lot of useful stuff like coffee, tea, olive oil and lemons from his garden. He was the best host, always answering all of questions and solving problems

The bedroom was nice and the air con . It was fully equipped and the fridge had plenty of cold water. The cupboards had plenty of different tea bags and all cleaning detergents and cleaning clothes..

I really love supermarkets that are close to the place where I stay, so we had a hyper supermarket 5 mins from the property.

The owner of the property couldn’t have been more accommodating. He made sure we had everything we could possibly need to make the accommodation a true home from home. If we had any questions he would respond to our message immediately. We contacted him regarding a taxi recommendation and he found a solution within no time. The internet in the apartment is excellent, fast and reliable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and serviced by a lift. The balcony is lovely to sit out on, the awning gives a good amount of shade on hot days. The block entrance is secure, only accessed by a key. The apartment is well insulated, we heard nothing from the neighbours, who incidentally were very friendly when we passed then in the entrance. I have nothing at all negative to say about our stay, it was simply perfect.

​we have just finished a vacaction at cyprus Penelope..and cannot praise the standard of this apartment enough .. Absolutely everything you can think of ..or need is in there. Giorgos is very attentive to any questions and goes over the top to make sure you have a great stay here.. The location is very good..to catch local buses..or gentle stroll 45 mins to larnanca centre and beach ..taxi ride better opion though..! It is a very quiet location.. supermarket 10 min walk away.. water refill station at roadside by apartments car park.. Finally then.. absolute gem of a place .. compliments and thanks to Giorgos for putting together such a fantastic and homely apartment. We hope to return to this location another time for sure Big thanks and praise to you Giogos. John & Lorraine .

The flat has many details which makes the estance so confortable. Giorgos was very kind and give us many facilities

Giorgos is a very helpful owner. He picked us up from the airport free of charge. He took us to the store in his car because we arrived during Easter and the shopping centers were closed. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to function. There is a market near the apartment and on the opposite side, a little further, a restaurant for local people. We ate delicious local dishes for a very reasonable price in the restaurant. I recommend a very comfortable apartment with Giorgos!!!

“Clean, quiet, comfy and a good deal in Larnaca”

Giorgos picked me up at the airport, brought me to the apartment, showed me how everything worked and gifted me with a big bag of lemons, clementines and grapefruit! What a warm welcome. The apartment is comfortable and equipped for long stays. Good wifi, comfy bed, big sunny deck. Spotlessly clean and well-stocked with supplies. Surprisingly quiet in and outside the building. A 10 minute walk to the Skalaventis Hypermarket, which has everything. Across from there is an excellent produce market, Prinos Farm and Deli. A convenience store is a few minutes walk and bus stops are located around the bigger neighborhood.

Our stay was really great. The apartment is really nice - fully equipped, with big balcony. The owner was really helpful and friendly. He picked us up when we got stuck due to bus route changes and we got from him delicious fruits from his garden.

It was close to the town and the supermarkets. It was very clean and comfortable. George the host was exceptionally helpful and considerate , checking in on us to see if we had everything we needed. The apartment had every possible amenity , including ample toiletries and kitchen equipment. I can highly recommend it.

“We really enjoyed our stay in the apartments.”

The apartments are half an hour walk from the center. We didn't take the bus, we walked. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The owner Giorgos is very caring, he met us at the airport from a late flight, took us to the apartment and explained and showed us everything. A large super in a five minute walk, followed by a market with fresh fruits and vegetables. A cozy balcony with a table, it's nice to drink tea or wine in the evening.

“Your Home away from Home”

This is by far the best equipped rental apartment I have ever stayed in. The host has thought of everything to make this your home away from home. The kitchen has many appliances, utensils and that often missing cutting board. There are even three different options for making coffee! The area is quiet, bed comfortable and there's more than six clothespins to hang up your laundry on the large rack provided.

“great place with friendly host”

Great host! very responsive, explained everything I needed to know, offered additional help with airport transfer. He added some drinks and a few bottles of water as well as some oranges - all complimentary. Apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, coffee makers including filtered and turkish one), there are event adapters and chargers so in case you forgot yours don’t worry - you will get one here! There is a water heater and aircon in the flat - very convenient! Hypermarket is in a few minutes walking distance, there is a parking spot in the building available as well.

Giorgos was very kind and attentive, the accomodation was according to the description, a very well equiped apartment. There is a supermarket nearby, and a Lidl about 10-15 min walking distance, 30 min walk from Larnaca Marina, there are also buses which pass nearby. We really enjoyed our stay there.
