“Location great if using a car. Room for improvement of customer experience!”
Location was practical for our purposes but we used our own transport. The room was clean and at a comfortable temperature for the season. Nice view of the pool area.

“Charming hotel”
Lovely hotel. Very charming. Extremely clean and amazing friendly staff. Had tea and coffee facilities in room and an amazing shower. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful garden. Food was lovely.

“Experience”
The owner of the property Antonio is very helpful and friendly. In the property you can find a swimming pool and also you can have all your meals for an extra price at the property restaurant. Is not to far from Termoli where you can find a nice beach.

“Disappointing Stay”
Not a nice place. Poorly run, very old and shabby. Pictures very decieving. I would not recommend. Efforts have been made with some snacks, fruit and water left in the room upon arrival but overall not enjoyable or relaxing in any way. There is onsite parking but it fills up so you need to park outside the complex. Location wise is also fairly grim. Larino old town and historic centre is nice but way too far to walk from hotel. Only positive is it is cheap, however far nicer accommodations can be found in this area for the same price, but during busy season , they will all book out first and the only fallback option is this "hotel"..It also baffles me how this hotel is so highly rated throughout the year (even ratings when all hotels were mandatory closed during Covid) which makes me question the reliability of these in the first place, very suspicious. You'll understand after your stay!!
