Overview
Hostal Rosi is located in the centre of the Cantabrian fishing town of Laredo, just 300 metres from the beach. It offers a 24-hour reception and simple rooms with free Wi-Fi and a TV. The Atalaya Tunnel, the old market and Santa María de la Asunción are all within a short walk. Access to the rooms is by stairs. Laredo Train Station is 5 km from the guest house. Santander, with its airport and ferry terminal, is around 30 minutes’ drive away.

Bed comfy, the self check-in was easy (less than 30 seconds) - I did pre-fill all details online upfront and have EU ID - maybe that helped…given some other comments here…. Good price for the city. Supermarket around the corner. Also check-in worked even before 15:00. Some vending machines in the lobby - although the one I wanted to use did not work :)

“Nice relaxing one night stay”
Clean, location as close to beach, nice simple decor, easy electronic check in process, decent toiletries and shower and good towels. First stop before setting out on Camino so wanted something simple but relaxing.
