Really friendly and super helpful host, well located with stunning view over the bay, reasonably short walk to town centre if you take the short cut down the steps.

“An ok stay”

I am a positive person so let’s start by saying I arrived early to check in (I am walking the Camino de Santiago) and I don’t speak Spanish. BUT There was no welcome just a surly guy saying “we’re closed” so I sat down outside and after 1/2 hour I decided to walk away and asked them to take in my backpack. A lady then checked me in early but no bar/cafe nowhere for a drink. This is poor because the Hostal advertised as being available for Camino walkers. It is 2km out of town, up steep hills. The breakfast was very poor. One plate put in front of me with fresh bread, packets of butter and jam. Also on plate two cellophane packets of cake (one was broken). I would not recommend this hostal
