The buffet food for breakfast, lunch & dinner is overwhelming. So much food to choose from and they tasted delicious. The staff in the restaurant especially the waiters are very helpful and kind always ready to serve you with drinks. They deserve tips from the guests. The “all you can drink” cocktail drinks in the bar beach is good for those who drink. The rooms and bathrooms are so big.

First Time Giving 10/10 – An Amazing Family Experience! We were a big family group, and I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever given a full 10/10 in a review — and it’s well deserved! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. There was a mistake in the number of rooms in my booking, but the staff handled it quickly and kindly, helping us fix it free of charge. That kind of support really made a difference. The resort itself was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, always smiling and ready to assist. The variety of food and drinks was impressive — something for everyone, and plenty of it! The pools were fantastic, and the water park was a huge hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the beach, which was beautiful and well-organized. Everything about this place was great. I highly recommend it for families and groups — our kids and all of us had a truly enjoyable time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Property looks good, the waterpark and the pools are excellent. Access to the beach is well taken care of with the shuttle. Food was average to good, though a bit repetitive.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid This Place at All Costs I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life at this so-called resort. What started as a simple vacation turned into a nightmare due to the resort’s shocking level of mismanagement and dishonesty. The reception staff were openly hostile and aggressive. From the moment I arrived, they were unwelcoming and confrontational. The biggest issue, however, was the serious problem with my booking. I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com at a specific rate. Upon arrival, they claimed there was a mistake and refused to honor the price shown in the app. Instead, they charged me a much higher amount, without proper explanation or consent. Even worse, they withdrew additional money from my card without authorization. When I questioned it, they were defensive, unapologetic, and made no effort to resolve the issue. This felt like outright fraud. The rest of the stay didn’t get any better: – The room was filthy, the bathroom smelled disgusting, and towels were old and stained. – The pool was dirty, with broken tiles and zero maintenance. – The restaurant had a horrible odor, and the food was overpriced and barely edible. – The evening entertainment was embarrassingly bad — poorly organized, unprofessional, and boring beyond belief. This entire experience was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I have reported the incident with the booking error and unauthorized charges to Booking.com and will be pursuing a refund. I strongly warn anyone considering this resort: DO NOT STAY HERE. Dishonest staff, horrible service, and a total lack of respect for guests. This place deserves ZERO stars.

This is the last day at this hotel, I like it so much so far. I’ve been to many places but I should say this place has the best employees ever. Specially from the Food and Beverage, waiters are always willing to help with everything and each of them are so kind. the room is always clean. Food is amazing. Spa services are one of the bests and they serve good drinks. It’s a price performance hotel I’d recommend to all of my friends. There’s a minor problem with the reception, they’re not as smiling and they could’ve answered the phone in a more professional way. Also, special thanks to Raman from animation who found the deck of cards and went all the way down to the amphitheater to get it for us. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

The timetable of facilities including aquapark, foodcourts and kids area are parallel and limited in time. Nothing to do with kids after 21:00. All facilities are closed. Shortage of staff. Poor Internet connection even at Lobby.
