“Thumbs up to Ramada resort”

The hotel location was good, not far from the airport and a good base to explore Antalya. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are great. The facilities were good, there was life guards around the pools, that were looking out for everyone which was good The food was okay, I thoroughly enjoyed the flounder dish and mackerel dish. The rice was good too. My family had a variety of dishes which they enjoyed. My sister paid for a carrot cake separately to celebrate my nieces birthday, which they organised and decorated thier room, with balloons and roses, that was fantastic, thank you Ramada for that. The experience was a 10

“Book this resort!!! you will not regret it”

- the hospitality!!! everyone i encounteted had a smile on their face! the ladies in the spa were exceptional and made you feel comfortable - amazing turkish tea (i implore you to drink this whilst you’re here). i was given a turkish apple(?) tea during the massage which i regrettably only had the one time, but i highly recommend that too - a lively, family atmosphere. yes they had event nights etc but it never got too rowdy, nor did it ever get to a point where myself or mum where uncomfortable to walk around the resort - the cleanliness was on another levels everywhere you look somebody was sweeping or mopping or doing some sort of cleaning!! - the excursions offered were fab and the drivers were just as great. i had the pleasure of talking to Irfan when setting up the trips and he talked us through everything and calmed our fears. i highly recommend booking one of these trips. sure you could get a taxi for cheaper probably, but the convenience is what mattered to us - shops close by. yes they were costly but this is a tourist area. if you have forgotten something or want to buy a small gift without making a trip into antalya city then you’re sure to find something here - there was a good variety in the buffet options but like others have said, it is mostly the same food every day with a few variations in the curries etc. i quite enjoyed this aspect and found that there was something for everyone even if you are a picky eater.

⸻ Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We booked this hotel at a high price, expecting a quality stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price paid. The food lacked variety and was almost the same every day, with poor quality. The staff service was basic and inconsistent, and the facilities were old and very average, giving an overall feeling closer to a 1–2 star hotel rather than the category suggested by the price. The entertainment programs were limited and unengaging, and the spa/massage services did not meet expectations, despite being well advertised. There is a tour desk inside the hotel (Love Holiday). While the initial consultation sounded detailed, the actual service was limited mainly to transportation, with no clear support afterward. When the tour was canceled, the refund policy was unclear, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, I unfortunately forgot a Gucci scarf in the hotel wardrobe. After contacting the hotel, I was informed that the item could not be located, which added to my disappointment. Overall: For the price we paid, the overall quality and service were not satisfactory. This hotel may suit guests with low expectations, but those seeking value for money should carefully consider before booking.

Great selection of food available at the main restaurant, snack bars and pool bars.  The staff in the restaurants were on fire! As soon as someone left the table the table would be cleaned and reset for the next person. They were incredibly fast and good at this. As soon as we sat down someone would come over to take drinks orders. The catering team ran like a well oiled machine.  The housekeeping staff were exceptional especially Halime who cleaned out room. Despite the language barrier she was so friendly and did an excellent job. Although not directly on the beach, there is a very regular shuttle service that takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and runs ever 15 minutes. The beach is beautiful and sandy on this side of Antalya.  Good luggage storage facility after check out Very comfortable beds. Nice size and clean balcony The water pressure of the shower was AMAZING. Just wow. The best I have ever had in a hotel.  Used the spa for a massage which was overpriced but very good service.

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The all-inclusive formula was perfect: the food was always delicious and varied, everything was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind. Some of them didn’t speak English very well, but they were always helpful and managed just fine. The beach is really beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas included, all perfectly organized. The entertainment was also a highlight, with activities like beach volleyball, acquagym and pilates during the day, and interesting and engaging shows in the evening. In addition, the hotel has a spa with a fitness area and the option of paid massages, perfect for anyone looking for extra relaxation during their stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, good food, and fun. Thank you 😊

Location is ok. On Lara beach right opposite the Delphin hotels and on a stretch of road where there’s loads of shops selling ‘designer’ things! And it’s about 10 mins away from the airport so a very short transfer time. If the weather is hot you won’t want to walk to the beach as it’s a 5-7min walk across the road. They do provide an adequate shuttle which does the loop every 15 mins until midnight. Beach area is lovely with a sandy beach and a little restaurant on the beach which is included in your all inclusive. They also have an area on the beach for your entertainment as there is no space at the hotel to do that.

Variety of food but hot food for vegetarians was limited.. I have an allergy to bell peppers and everything available had peppers in it. There is lots of salad and pizza and hot bread options. Tables were cleaned and cleared quickly. Food was refilled often. Spa was amazing and good value. Free beach shuttle was excellent and th3 beach has a brilliant set up.

On the whole, it was a really pleasant experience. The cleaning staff and some of the spa staff were lovely and friendly, and the lady who gave me my Turkish bath and massage was amazing. Very skilled and very kind. Similarly, with the staff at reception and at the bar, some were lovely and helpful while others were cooler and standoffish. No one escorted me to my room (a LOVELY room by the way!) to show me how things worked, so I spent ages trying to figure out why the lights in my room kept going off after 30 seconds. I had to call reception to find out that I needed to place my door card into a slot on the wall just inside the front door of my room for the whole time I was in the room for everything to work properly. The food was definitely plentiful, but it was a case of quantity over quality for main meals. Buffet style food needs to be kept warm and have lots of flavour to work well. Which is why Chinese food works well as buffet food. Medium flavour food can just end up tasting bland, especially when it's lukewarm. The desserts were beautiful, though, and beautifully presented. The range of soft and alcoholic drinks or beverages was excellent. Reggie. The spa salesman was very slick and salesy. He was there to sell you the goods and that was very clear. His income clearly depends on how much he sells, so I get it. But he was only friendly before the sale and standoffish afterwards. On a really positive note, I mentioned to the reception staff that I was disappointed that my birthday hadn't been acknowledged with some small touch like a little card or small chocolate sent to my room. They passed this on to the guest relations team while I was out of my room. And when I got back to my room, there were rose petals on my bed and towels shaped artfully in hearts and fan shapes. It was beautiful, and I had a beaming smile on my face from the surprise!

I absolutely love my stay in Ramada. There is very welcoming staff everywhere from reception, customer relations and all housekeeping staff. They can not be ask for more, nothing is impossible for them. There is army of staff from very early morning till late evening making sure every day goes perfect, they are making homely atmosphere and make holiday so pleasant and unforgettable. EVERYBODY IS SMILIMG - big thank you to ILKAY for all care and effort. Hotel has amazing value for money, location is great, hotel is very comfortable and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, mini fridge always , privet beach area very butiful and comfortable.
