We had a wonderful stay at KREMLIN PALACE. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made the kremlin special. The all-inclusive package was excellent value, with a great selection of food and drinks available throughout the day. There was always plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and well organised. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a wide variety of tasty options every morning. The spa facilities were excellent and very relaxing after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The cleaners also did a fantastic job — our room was spotless every day, and housekeeping paid great attention to detail. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kremlin and looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday with great service. The entertainment Team very good specially the DART BATU and the other very gooood too. Nice Cafes inside the Resorts . need to check the DJ staff in the DiSCO building very old and not good

“Wonderful stay”

We had a relaxing and beautiful one-week stay at Kremlin Palace Hotel from 14 till 21 April. The weather was sunny and lovely throughout our holiday, with only one rainy day. Everything was excellent beginning with the exceptional service from the courteous, friendly, and professional staff. A special thank you to Ismail at the À la carte restaurants, Ulviye at the main restaurant, and Turgut at the beach bar, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and attention. The food at the buffet restaurant was varied and tasty, with plenty of choice every day. The coffee and alcoholic drinks were excellent and of high quality. There is so much entertainment for both adults and children, from the pianist in the lobby and evening activities like quiz night and Turkish music night, to the PlayStation room, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and water games for kids. There was always something enjoyable to do. We can’t recommend Kremlin Palace highly enough. It offers the perfect mix of relaxation, quality, and fun for families. We will surely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Kremlin Palace. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile especially Fatima who really looked after us and made everything so easy. The service was impeccable both in the main restaurant and at the bars and the lobby — truly top-level hospitality. The food was delicious, with great variety and high quality every day. You can really feel the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, spotless every time, and the minibar was restocked every day with drinks, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

As soon as we reached, Fatima (guest relations team) warmly welcomed us and helped us with the required information and also helped us to fix some minor issues like wifi accessibility. Also it wouldnt’ve been possible to surprise my wife with a cute cake on her birthday without Fatima’s help. I really appreciate her and the staffs for helping us promptly. Also the property was really stunning and we had a relaxing and enjoyabale staycation. I should specifically appreciate the cleanliness and quality of food served. The main restaurant staffs also treated us with pleasant smile and offered all the help needed.
