“An Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish”

Exceptional service at the villas, without a doubt the best we’ve experienced in an all-inclusive resort. A special thank you to Nergiz, Valeriia and Tuğçe at reception, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind, always available, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warmth truly made our stay even more special. We would also like to give a special mention to all the staff at the Mavi Main Restaurant and the Beach Restaurant. The service was outstanding, attentive, welcoming, and always delivered with a smile. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a real à la carte feeling rather than the typical all-inclusive experience. The cocktails were also surprisingly good and of very high quality. The facilities and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pools are peaceful, pleasant, and never felt overcrowded. The entire villa area genuinely offers a premium environment, combining privacy, comfort, and luxury. We truly enjoyed every moment and especially appreciated all the little thoughtful touches that made such a big difference. This place genuinely delivers a true 5-star experience. We will definitely be coming back!

“Amazing”

Our family returned to IC Green Palace after an amazing experience last year. This time, we booked the Lake Villa for 3 adults and 3 children. Airport transfer is included for Lake Villa guests, and we were welcomed by Nergis from guest relations with drinks, nuts, and fruit. Check-in was smooth. The staff at Mavi restaurant were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Many remembered us from last year, especially Adem, who was helpful when our return transfer was delayed by 10 minutes. Sultan at breakfast greeted us with a smile and made Mickey Mouse pancakes for the children. The restaurant was very accommodating. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled when the chef prepared spinach pide, which wasn’t even on the menu. Since our flight was early, the restaurant opened at 6:45 am for us instead of the usual 7 am and asked for our lunch preferences instead of giving a standard packed lunch. Thank you to all the staff at Mavi! The Lake Villa consisted of two bedrooms and a living room, with a private swim-up pool that was spacious and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The buggy service was a huge help, especially with little children. Serkan, the buggy driver, was very friendly and accommodating. Another perk for Lake Villa guests was the private beach. The beach bar staff, especially Omer and Mikail, were excellent. Most days, we enjoyed quick service at the snack bar, where fresh gozleme, churros, and waffles were available throughout the day. Pastries were also available in the reception café. Guest relations staff Nergis and Maria checked in with us daily to ensure we were having a great time, which made us feel really special. Even after we returned home, they followed up to make sure our holiday was memorable. Tugce at the reception also remembered me from last year and was always friendly and helpful. Nergis, Maria, and Tugce took the time to chat every time we passed the reception. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday unforgettable.

“I recently stayed with my family for 4 days, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff and management were outstanding, always ensuring our comfort. Special thanks to the guest relations team, the amazing chef, and the entire Mavi Restaurant crew. The beach team, especially Sardar, Mervin, Nargis, and Maria, made our beach days memorable. Highly recommend this wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway!” Nargis from guest relations is an asset to the residence, honestly speaking it staff like these that makes a difference to the stay. The Mavi resturant head chef was a gem, extremely considerate and always there to help. The whole team of Mavi restaurant is be unit, they will go miles ahead to make your experience last a life time for you and the quality of food, out of this world. Maria was very considerate especially when we had a hick up with the buggy team she offered a free meal at the one of the Al Carte restaurant. The residence side of the business is just a wonderful experience. Let me tell you something, if you were to stay on the residence side of the hotel, you will never ever regret it, it’s too good to be true.

We have visited IC Hotels Residence for the 3rd time now. It exceeded our expectations as always! We have got a complimentary upgrade from Lake Villa to Bali Villa with private pool and at any time of our stay the guest relationships representatives - namely Ekaterina and Marina - were always there to help out right away. The beach is excellent, I havent seen a better beach and an atmosphere anywhere else in Turkey. This hotel always feels like you are alone, there is not a lot of people, restaurant staff knows you personally. We left feeling pampered and fully relaxed. The food is always very tasty and everything around it is clean, it's always in refrigerators even fruits on the beach. Cleanliness of food is one of the multiple reasons we always choose this hotel since we travel with kids. I have also seen that they clean pools daily, even our private pool. WiFi signal is strong, even on the beach with your feet in the water.

“Wonderful stay”

It was wonderful stay. Our lake villa was upgraded till Bali. Both apartments were wonderful. Of course Bali villa is much more special then Lake one, but Lake villa was also very nice and comfortable. Food is delicious, I loved Mavi restaurant (IC Residence main restaurant) a lot. No crowds, pleasant and relaxing family atmosphere. Beach is very lovely- lots of space, never busy, and very cozy. Beach restaurant is wonderful. Rooms are big, clean, cozy and relaxing. Everyday cleaning, ladies are pleasant and never annoying. We loved food delivery. Electric cars transfers (buggies) are great during hot time for families with small kids or elder people. Usually cones in 10 min or less. We had a great time there. Thank you for such welcome stay 🙏

Great villa, great beach and food. Ala cart restaurant is just great. Territory is clean, luxury and calm. If you need entertainment- you can go to Green Palace (next door hotel). We liked Mixology bar in the evening, felt like you are in great bar in some Europe city.

We loved a green, quiet, and a beautiful layout, a very welcoming personnel, unfortunately I do not remember all of the names, but Lutfu from the restaurant was exceptionally professional and friendly. There is an ideal combination of proximity to a bigger Green Palace Hotel where all reach infrastructure is at the disposal of the Residence guests, but if you want more tranquility, it's there for you too. Initially with the check in we had some issues, but those got quickly and professionally resolved, and we have gotten a much appreciated room upgrade too. Thank you to Lubov and Marina for their patience and customer care

“NOT RECOMMENDED”

The manicured gardens, the location and the architecture are nice but everything is very old fashioned and a bit neglected and there is only one restaurant in the whole resort with an old menu that was boring and repeated every day at all meals. Despite the advertisement that everything is included, the additional restaurants were not included, and an additional price was required. The waiters in the restaurant are very nice and try to help as much as they can, as does the man in charge of them.
