The place is stunning, a boutique hotel run by a family that gives you the feeling of a home. Everything is newly renovated with an elevator. And don't miss the pleasant breakfast in a charming dining room.

“Don’t miss out on these beautiful apartments!”
This is an amazing accommodation and a super beautiful and lovely city. We were so pleasantly surprised with how enjoyable L’Aquila is, there’s so much to do and the restoration of the city is truly well done. In saying that, our apartment and the hosts were what really made our trip enjoyable. We unfortunately had a medical situation with our small son and the hosts were so wonderful, they really helped us and put us at ease. The apartments and building have been beautifully restored and we didn’t miss anything . I highly recommend!

“A beautiful and comfortable guest house”
Dimora Fortebraccio is exactly what you wish for in a guest house in a historic town centre; a wonderfully comfortable and welcoming base with excellent hosts, in a great location. The house is beautifully restored after the 2009 earthquake, and Juliano and Rosa are so welcoming and helpful hosts. We hope to go back!

This hotel is actually a palazzo that has been lovingly restored and fitted with modern conveniences. It is gorgeous and impeccably done. Rooms are spacious. Hosts are wonderful. I can’t recommend enough!

Everything! Outstanding hosts who were available when needed, made us so welcome and shared their knowledge of the sites and surroundings. Breakfast served on the terrace was fabulous and set us up for the day. Amazing rooms in an incredible location - walking distance to everything. Car parking on street. “This a wonderful restored complex with n”
We opted for no breakfast however it was offered to us many times. We were shown the breakfast area available for guests with rooms which was fabulous with a wonderful shaded terrace available for the beautiful mornings. We had an apartment which was equipped with our own kitchen and dining area with french doors allowing lots of light to enter. The location was perfect - in the historical zone but not in the absolute center. However it is very steep for a small section to reach the center's main square.

“Very clean hotel and friendly owners.”
This was the cleanest hotel I stayed at. Everything was supplied in the apartment. We had coffee machine, washing machine small toiletries etc. It is very obvious that owners thought about everything for their guests to have a nice stay. They were also very kind to invite us to breakfast in our last day. I can only thank them for this nice stay.

The apartment is newly docorated with high quality finishes. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment conveniently located near the city centre and walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
