“Cozy central stay”
Central, cosy, helpful owner. Just be aware of steps and strange heating system: you can’t close any doors inside, otherwise the heating system gets blocked.

“Wonderful apartment located right in the city center”
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment located right in the city center. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The landlord was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with our requests , no matter the time. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place in the heart of the the wonderful L’ Aquila city!

“Perfect place to stay right in centre of L’Aquila”
I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while I was doing an Italian course. The apartment was great - well-equipped kitchen, right in the centre of town with two lovely squares with cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street with a supermarket very close by so location couldn’t be better, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Gabriele was an excellent and very helpful and welcoming host.

Very nice flat, and nicely furnished and equipped (which is rather rare for this kind of property), very confortable; small bathromm but ample and nice shower box. Friendly and helpful owner, location right in the center of town, but very quiet day and night.

“My staying could have not been more comfortable and pleasant.”
Everything was super, beginning with the warm welcoming from the host Andrea. The location is super clean and cosy. It is in the historic centre nevertheless it is also easy to find a car park nearby.
