Room was nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool and view was excellent. Also had nice outdoor sitting areas. Lots of restaurants and other stores to meet all your needs. Netflix and YouTube on large TV. Close to the airport.(no noise from airport). Great place for family vacation and night entertainment.

“Host was extremely unprofessional”
Booked on line through this site. Received confirmation and receipt of payment. When I arrived at hotel and contacted host by phone was informed that there had been a double booking. The host admitted she had taken another booking but forgot to remove the accommodation from the website. This left me without accommodation on the busiest times in Cebu, the closing of the sinulog festival. The host gave no suggestions to an alternative, no apology, the only thing I got was that my money would be refunded, which still hasn't happened as yet. Very poor service from someone that advertisers that they have been real estate professionals for 20+ years. Absolutely pathetic.
