Location - central for going out on day trip each day, plus walking distance to supermarket and places to eat. My studio was very generous for one. Kitchenette very well equiped and especially like there was a water cooler so no need to buy water. The pool was huge and water so warm!

The room is very clean, complete kitchen utensils and the owner is very friendly.

“Great Apartment & Great Host”

The apartment was in a residential building with good amenities. The view from the bedroom was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Thomas, our host who is always ready to help and has a splendid sense of humour. We took his advice when it came to buying the basic necessities and the restaurants he suggested. The Sushi was absolutely amazing, had them 5/6 days we were there. We also took Thomas’s tour guide services and I must say, Fernando who was with us through out was an extremely sweet, kind and more importantly patient man. I was with my family and I must say, people in Cebu are some of the most friendly I have come across while travelling. Would love to come back and I honestly wouldn’t stay at any other place.

The property is found in a perfect location, close to the airport and a 40 min taxi ride into cebu city. The property comes with a pool which we used twice, clean and functional but not much atmosphere. The property itself was very functional had everything we required in terms of space and utilities, though there was some damage to the door and the room could use with a update and some attention Our favourite thing about the property was that the host also arranged a complimentary pick up from airport and arranged our two tours (waterfall and island hop) this made things much more easier.

We had a wonderful stay at La Mirada Residences. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and it truly made our trip even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an awesome view. It exceeded our expectations and made us feel very welcomed. What impressed us the most was the kindness and hospitality of the owner sir Thomas. He kindly arranged transportation for us to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. This thoughtful gesture really showed how much he cares about his guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend La Mirada Residence to anyone visiting Cebu. We would definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing and quiet place to stay”

The room was very clean and the view is so awesome... the owner sir thomas was very kind, helpful and responsive service. my aircon was leaking and the owner immediately call his staff to repairs, i really happy stay there. i highly recommend to everybody who wants to come mactan cebu.

Everything was lovely. Good quality interior. Great comfy bed and sofa. Fantastic aircon that truly cools the apartment. All round perfect place. It a little of the main roads so no traffic noise and a fantastic view of the sea from your bed.

I booked the room mainly for the view, and it did not disappoint—the sight in the morning was truly beautiful! Thomas was also wonderful; he personally brought us to the room and showed us around the facilities.
