“What a welcome to this beautiful part of France. We will be back!”
Villa Glen-Tara is a place to relax and explore the region. We spent 3 nights here and cooks easily have spent more (we plan to return). Michelle is so helpful and is always there to provide advice and recommendations - as well as booking restaurants. It’s great that there are bikes to use included in the room rate too! We are both locally (walking distance), and a short cycle away and also at L’Herbe. Villa Glen Tara is half an hour from Cap Ferret and also Bordeaux airport! We were walking on the beach this morning and at home in Brighton by midday!

“A terrific place to stay for a couple of nights exploring Andernos les Bains, Cap Ferret and Arcacho”
A superb and very friendly host, full of information on restaurants to try, places to visit and things not to miss! The two restaurants at the end of the road were terrific and a visit to Cap Ferret was a wonderful suggestion. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious . “A charming stay”
Michelle was a absolutely perfect host, very kind, helpful and just a really nice person. Our room was clean and a lot bigger than I expected. We also enjoyed the dining area a lot. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. There are some nice restaurants not too far from the place and we felt safe and comfortable walking around even in the dark.

Michelle was very welcoming and gave us a lot of info about the area and suggestions, she even booked a restaurant for us when we arrived the first day. The place is beautiful and immaculate and kept at very high standards. Breakfast is great too and every day she has something special. The kids loved it as there's plenty for them to play with.
