The breakfast was exceptional and included honey made by the bees onsite (hence the name). The hosts were very kind and helpful. The garden in which the property is situated is beautiful.

Paul and Claudine were fabulous hosts. Everything was spotless in the well-appointed accommodation. The breakfasts were gorgeous, with beautifully baked pastries, breads, and cakes of the region, and fruit jams and honey from their own garden, served beautifully. The private covered patio area and the lush and interesting gardens were an added treat for us. Private parking and entrance were a bonus too. They made our stay in Lannion forever memorable, and we hope to return to them again in the future. I really don't know why their rating is below a 10. For us it was perfect.

The hosts were an amazing couple and that made all the difference. If i were to visit that part of France again, i am definitely going to stay with them. This was for us so far the best apartment we booked on Booking.com.

Here are just some examples of what made the experience so special: - Warm welcome from Claudine & Paul, even as we were still in the car. - Modern purpose-built studio terrace with its entrance and car park, next to our host's striking architect-designed eco-house. - Gorgeous garden full of flowers, fruits and trees. - Expert beekeepers, happy to answer our many questions. - Five-star breakfast: fresh fruits and honey from the garden, homemade cakes, jam, and yoghurt; local, organic, and artisanal butter, cheese, bread & pastries; ethical coffee; something new every day. - Regularly checking if we wanted anything else, expressing genuine interest and interactions, and responding to every question. - Attention to detail: daily purified water, easy recycling, plastic-free.

Great location and Paul and Claudine were fantastic hosts. Beautiful house and garden only 15 mins walk from Lannion town centre with all its restaurants. Breakfasts were amazing with home made honey. Amazing place and hosts and we will be back.
