It is a very nice, beautifully decorated apartment. It is very spacious and all the rooms are very nice. The owners were very nice and communicated well, asking whether everything was ok etc. The apartment was well stocked with coffee capsules, plenty of towels etc. The apartment is located inside the city walls. The city is very charming with tons of history. Enjoy a walk on the walls (~50 meters from the apartment) and gates with beautiful views, nice restaurants the cathedral, and whatever more we may have missed.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment, perfect for larger families

We only booked for one night but on arrival we wish we had booked longer. The property is fantastic and in a really nice, quiet area. Everything you need as a family is provided in the property, it was very clean and nice and warm. There is free parking outside the property The town itself is beautiful, very quiet and very authentic with a stunning cathedral that's free to enter. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming again.

This property and the owner are amazing. This will be my go to stop over when travelling through France. The apartment is very large and has lots of space in every respect. Three separate bedrooms suited us well as three adults requiring separate bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to navigate. Tea, coffee pods, sugar and other sundries available. A large bathroom with a great shower. Lovely position overlooking mature gardens at the rear. The apartment is very stylishly decorated and incredibly homely - very interesting traditional old house. I think the owner is a designer or artist as the place has real flair. We were going to eat out but once we saw the kitchen and lounge we wanted to have a cosy meal in and watch a movie. Huge TV with inbuilt Netflix and Prime etc. Parking right outside the door. The town of Langres is absolutely stunning! So much history. Driving through the fort walls into the old town to this apartment and then walking out around the castle ramparts with the most amazing views is a very special start to your day or evening. I want to keep this place all to myself but that wouldn’t be fair. So very highly recommended.

Now this really was a pleasant surprise! As a seasoned traveller I am seldom enchanted, but from the owner's proactive and friendly communications to describe entry into the property and local parking, to the really calm and delightfully decorated / equipped apartment, this was just great! A charming town house just a few metres from the ancient Langres city walls with stunning views over the lovely Marne valley and Lac de la Liez, the apartment is spacious, but cosy, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped. The medieval city's numerous restaurants are only a few hundred metres away along cobbled streets steeped in history (a local minbus is available, if you need it) ... and, despite the torrential rain, we loved it!

Very comfortably furnished with lots of extra little touches. Sparkling clean everywhere. Our host provided excellent directions making the apartment easy to fine. Off street parking in a secure garage was a great bonus. Langres makes for a very pleasant and easy stop on a long journey.

The radiator next to the downstairs bed rattled all night until you turn it all the way up. So it’s either a really hot room in silence, or a normal temperature and a really loud rattling noise by your head. The boiler is in a separate locked room outside of the apartment so you can’t turn the central heating off.

It's a good location with safe on street parking. Langres is a small town. Flat was immaculate and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Host were very welcoming. They even has a UK plug adapter !!!!

The apartment was very central and within the town walls. It was roomy with comforting beds and great communal space (plenty of sofa space). The host was lovely!
