This family-run apartment building features cosy holiday apartments with 2 and 3 rooms, a spa area with an indoor pool, a children’s playroom, a playground, and many free parking spaces. Nice hotel with a spa area. Rooms are okay, although they could use some updating and refreshing. Near the ski bus, if needed.

“A quiet private place”
The apartment was clean and nice, the wellness is amazing - several saunas to choose from, and the lady at the reception was very friendly and always helpful. It is located just a few steps from the bus station and the supermarket.

“Excellent stay”
The location was great, loved the view. Nice to have private free parking for every room. The room was comfy and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, did late checkin without any problems and in the morning he showed us around, told about the activities possible in Tirol. Spa was so clean and good. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Our child loved the indoor play area. Best thing was having free fresh bread delivered to our doorstep every morning. The kitchen in the room had everything we needed. We will definitely come again for the winter next time

Extremely professional and open minded stuff - you feel yourself like you are a special guest at the hotel. Also comfortable bed, fresh bread every morning and cozy SPA area with tasty tea made our holiday wonderful. Only warm and nice memories! Thank you a lot!

“Great place for staying in TIrol!”
Everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the fresh bread in the mornings which was waiting out sides the door ,and the sauna are great treats. You can ask for fresh towels for the pool, and you can even do laundry in the place. The place is super clean, the location is great, we came for 2 nights, and it was so welcoming so we stayed for a third one. Tee stuff is friendly and willing to help, especially Michael the manger. He gave us great tips for touring in tirol, and he was super friendly and helpful. As I said to my friend: " Michael is the biggest attraction in tirol". It definitely was the best staying in our 2 weeks trip to Austria.

“Wonderful Ski Holiday”
Micheal is very responsive, enthusiastic, and super-helpful. The room was clean and warm. The mountain view was beautiful from our balcony and our windows. The bread service was amazing every morning. The bus stop was just in front of the apartment and it only took 10 minutes to the Giggijoch ski lift by bus. Every morning from 8.20am, there were buses to Soelden every five minutes or so, and it was not difficult to find a seat if you went early. The kitchen had a pan, some pots, many plates, cups and a dishwasher! There were SPA, Sauna and a swimming pool inside the building, which we enjoyed a lot after a long day skiing.
