Very nice apartment. The sofa by the window was a brilliant surprise for my son :) The apartment seems quite new and is very well equipped with kitchen tools, etc. The main room with the dining table is excellent. The views of the mountains are very, very nice. Parking is available right in front of the building. There is also a laundry room and a dryer in the basement. For sure we will go back there again.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at the Sima-Apartments "penthouse." The three-bedroom apartment is a large, modern, and new space with a generous dining area and a nice living room. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners, Simon and Markus, were incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. It was a pleasure to meet Markus in person, and his friendly advice made our trip to Oetztal even better. This apartment is a truly wonderful place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The property appears as described and can easily host 4 people with good kitchen facilities to prepare meals. Parking is available in the front of the building and if you don’t drive, the nearest bus stop to get to Solden is a brisk five minute walk. Finally, the property has ski storage area with warm closets, albeit storing two snowboards might be a challenge.

Simon and Markus are very responsive and helpful, willing to look into any request. We arrived just before supermarket closing time. Hence, didn’t have much time for a lengthy check-in. Hence, we were walked through everything at lighting speed. Loved it!

“Amazing apartment for your ski trip to Sölden!”

Excellent apartment in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from Giggijochbahn in Sölden. There is a bus stop right across the street. Our apartment was a 65m2 ground floor flat with two en suite bedrooms, spacious dinning area with a kitchen, and an extra bed in the living room. The apartment has its own terrace, personal storage for ski equipment in the basement, and free, spacious parking right in front of the building. The area is quiet and family friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped and spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults. It looked like we were one of the first guests since everything seemed to be brand new. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware, en suite bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and the property is well insulated. Our host Simon was very friendly and welcoming, arranged for an easy check-in, thus making our stay even more comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Sölden.

We had an amazing stay at Sima apartments. It was extremely clean and super quiet. We had a first floor apartment and absolutely loved the lounge area in front of the enormous window with the stunning mountain view. The hosts, Markus and Simon, are super helpful. Any time we needed anything, they'd respond within minutes to our chat messages and when needed there would always be someone with us within an hour. There is plenty of parking space and the basement features a super convenient ski/snowboard storage space. Directly out front is a bus stop where free buses to nearby ski lifts depart every 20 minutes or so. But we mostly just took the car, as it was super easy to park nearby the ski lifts for only 6 euros per day. We would definitely come back here.

Excellent location!!! A stunning view from our apartment. There is the benefit of the Otztal summer card gold card, which grants free entry to attractions. The apartment is modern and beautiful, with a balcony and a sitting area. Think of all the little things to have a good stay. A laundry room, a bicycle room and more... smart TVs in every room with a Netflix connection and the possibility to see the weather in the requested attractions in a live photo. Possibility to order fresh rolls every morning, good hosts who help with any request. They thought of us and put a portable fan for us. A great stay of a week. Excellent value for the price!!!!

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The apartment was also very warm, quiet and cozy. The windows offered a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. It was great to relax there after skiing. Another advantage is the possibility of doing laundry and storing ski equipment in a private locker. Contact with the owner was also great. We will happily come back again.

sima apartments are very clean, comfortable, modern and warm. Good location close to excellent skiing 12 mins to Sölden and 20 to Gurgl. Ski lockers are perfect with boot heaters and plenty of space.

Luxurious apartments, modern, stylish, gorgeous views of the mountains, everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, every room has a TV, every bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need and even more... The house and apartments are very clean.. The house has its own parking lot, there is a charging station for electric vehicles... The house has everything, a drying room for skis, a technical room with a washing and drying machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron... This three-story house even has an elevator.. We rented an apartment for Christmas, and upon arrival at the apartment we were surprised with a bottle of wine and sweets, it was very nice... The owner was very attentive, sociable and friendly, he told us everything, showed us everything, helped us with everything... We really liked it apartment, I recommend it to everyone... Many thanks to the owners for the pleasant time spent in your apartment...

We had an apartment on ground floor. We arrived late and the check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the kitchen is great and very well equipped. The view is amazing! The host is very nice and helpful! There is a washing machine in the basement (and a dryer) and it was very useful. We also got an Otzal summer guest card!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained. In fact we felt as if we are the first family to occupy it. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. They deliver fresh bread and pastries in the morning from a local bakery. Markus, the owner was amazing, our flight was cancelled in Munich and we needed to return the rental car in Vienna instead. He spoke to the rental company for us and helped us to resolve the issues. All in all we had a wonderful experience, we will definitely return
