Very good condition, new building with high energy efficiency including floor heating. Kitchen perfectly equipped including induction stove. Uncommon plus: two tv sets, one for living room and one for bedroom. Host very responsive and helpful. Location is, all summits within short car ride distance to park and hike, also some hikes directly accessible from the property.

“Excellent Stay - higly recommended”
Excellent stay both for winter or summer vacation. It is easy to find and there is plenty of free parking space (even an EV charger). The apartment is quite spacious and looks exactly as nice as in the photos. Everything is nice, neat and clean. The location pitoresque and quiet but also convenient. Couple of minutes to the bus if you want to go for the ski lifts (20 min to Soelden) and with plenty of trails for relaxing walks or bike rides if visiting in the summer. You have everything you need, from fully equipped kitchen to a really nice and big ski room. Host is very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English and always avaiable for anything you might need. You can even order freshly baked products daily that will be delivered in the morning. One of the better experiences we've had so far in many years of using Booking.com

This is the best stay we even have in Solden. Mr. Hannesn is an excellent host, the apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient. The Ski room is very big and we have all the facilities we need. We will come back in next year~
