Just 500 metres from the Aquadome Thermal Spa and a 15-minute ride on the free ski bus from the Sölden Ski Reosrt, Falkner Appartement Resort in Oberlängenfeld offers you fully equipped apartments, a spa area with an indoor pool and a children play area with a climbing wall. Situated in quiet surroundings, each Falkner apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with mountain and garden views and cable TV. Spa facilities include a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a sun bed and a Kneipp basin. There are also various showers, a small gym and a relaxation room. Various restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Ski equipment can be stored in a separate room and private parking is available free of charge. During the warmer months you can relax on the terrace. The free ski bus stops just 50 metres away. There you can also find a ski school and a ski rental store. A cross-country skiing track is 200 metres away. A tennis court is 400 metres and bathring lake is 5 km away.

“Great place for any kind of holiday”
Very nice apartment complex in a superb location. Bus stops and skibus are close, same as supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment had everything needed, bed was comfy. All in all it was great stay.

Good location, clean, well equipped, close to the bus stations. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to Solden which we found very convenient. There are some nice restaurants and shops very close, walking distance. The spa has 3 saunas and a small but nice pool Very relaxed hosts, we interacted only for the final payment. We left the keys in the room at departure so no waiting and syncing with the hosts.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged. The place is spotless and maintained to a high standard. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely flexible. And the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking!

We love to come back here. This property meets our needs. Generous rooms equipped with what you need and everything is very clean. The spa Aqua Dome is in walking distance, about 5min in 🇦🇹 🏔️.

Very cosy appartement with necessary amenities and nice entertainment room for small kids, a climbing wall, pool and sauna in the Tyrol region. We also appreciate the location and parking at site. It was truly wonderful despite the weather.

The room was quiet and warm, offering a pleasant view. The kitchen was well-equipped. A ski bus stop was conveniently located just across the road. Supermarkets and restaurants were also nearby. Overall, it surpassed our expectations.
