Appartement Leni is situated in a quiet location, just 300 metres from the centre of Längenfeld and 200 metres from the Aqua Dome Thermal Bath. The Hoch Ötz–Sölden Ski Area can be reached by car in 20 minutes. A ski bus stops 300 metres from the property. Free WiFi is provided. The self-catering apartment comes with a terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It also features a living area with a sofa bed and a tiled stove, a double room, and a private bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. Leni Appartement also offers a garden with barbecue facilities and a terrace with a seating area. A ski storage room is also available. Free public parking is possible on site. A grocery shop and a variety of restaurants and Austrian inns are located within a range of 5 walking minutes from the apartment. On request, freshly baked bread rolls can be delivered to the apartment in the morning. A local bus stop is 300 metres from the apartment. Hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails start right on the doorstep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. I had asked if she could put up some birthday decorations for my husband's birthday, and not only did she happily accommodated my request, but she also baked a cake! Leni is such a lovely lady with a heart of gold. The flat is in a brilliant location; perfect for cross-country skiing and conveniently close to the local bus that takes you to Sölden for some fantastic skiing. Having visited Sölden numerous times, I can honestly say this was my favourite place to stay. Thank you so much, Leni, for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back soon!

“Holidays rarely live up to expectations but this one exceeded them.”
We loved everything about the apartment. It is spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Great shower and bath too. Inside, it is well insulated so it is wonderfully cool in hot weather and would be warm in the cold also. There is a terrace outside with a table and parasol looking out on to a beautiful, well tended garden. The hostess, Leni, who lives in the upstairs apartment, was really welcoming and kind and always ready to help and advise but never intrusive. The apartment is in a fabulous location with superb views of the mountains. There is a supermarket with a bakery two minutes walk away. Although we had a car we did use the excellent and frequent bus service in Oetztal. Leni suggested buying a Summer Card which gives access to lifts, buses, museums, swimming pools etc. We bought a 10 day pass which was well worth the money.

- The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. - The location is very good, only 2 minutes walking to the nearby supermarket, 5 minutes walking to the centre of Längenfeld. - Around 10-15 minutes driving to Soelden centre. - Very cosy apartment. - Good facilities. - Friendly host. - Plenty of kitchenware. - The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. - Very comfortable beds. - Luxury bathroom. - Quiet.
