Overview
Located in the village of Astlehn in the Ötz Valley, Apart Luca is 2 km from the centre of Längenfeld and the Aquadome Thermal Spa. Discounted tickets for the Aquadome can be bought on site. Featuring bright wooden furniture and floors, the spacious apartments include a kitchen or kitchenette with a dining area, a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Guests of Luca Apart can use a bicycle garage and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Free private parking is available on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as a cross-country ski run, are right outside. The Sölden Ski Area is 11 km away and can be reached within 20 minutes with a free ski bus leaving 250 metres away.

The location, the views, the apartment was very nice built. The owners are very net! You need to walk 200m if you arrive by bus but it is ok, so beware of that, otherwise everything is super good.

The single room has a spacious bathroom with lovely views of the mountains. In fact, the views all around are wonderful and it's a scenic 12 minute walk to the town of Längenfeld with all its amenities. The Aqua Dome spa is also a comfortable walk during the day or night. There is also a very convenient bus stop nearby. The owner is absolutely lovely and can get a 10 percent discount for the spa, so ask before you book. She even booked it for me! She also gave me invaluable tips on beautiful hikes, like one to the Stuibenfall waterfall.

I found quickly the ApartLuca. The owner was available to answer all my questions/requests. She is ready to support me with all touristic infos. I loved her kidness. I appreciated also the landscape outside the window. I try to come back....

Excellent hosts who are very helpful and friendly. The bus stop for going to the ski resorts is just around the corner. You have a nice view on the beautiful mountains surrounding the valley and value for money is excellent.

“Beauitful relaxing stay”
Amazing host and facilities, the apartments come complete with everything you could need. Amazing location a short walk into Längenfeld town and the Aqua Dome, where you can receive a discount by booking thru Apart Luca! Will stay again if in the Ötztal region :)
