Overview
Set in the Ötztal Valley, Apart Andrea is situated in Längenfeld, on the sunny Burgstein plateau. The apartment has been renovated in 2009 and features a fully equipped kitchen. The modern apartment has a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. Kitchenware, a microwave and a dishwasher are at guests’ disposal. A children’s playground and free private parking at a location nearby are offered. Guests of Apart Andrea can reach Sölden ski area within a 15-minute drive or with a free shuttle bus. The Aqua Dome Spa is a 10-minute drive away and offers many facilities for adults and children. During summer guests can explore hiking trails and bicycle paths in the immediate vicinity. Tennis, horseback riding and kayaking are also offered in the area. From 1 July until 20 September, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses. Apart Andrea is located above Längenfeld on the sunny plateau Burgstein, you can reach our house through a narrow challenging mountain road which is accessible in winter only with winter tires and in winter conditions with snow chains.

“Money value worth it.”
Spacious and clean accommodation. We did not expected to be so up on the mountain and far from the main road but we loved the area. Having your own car is not so much trouble. Waking up in the morning with that mountain view worth a million. Andrea was a good host. The apartment offers the possibility to deposit your skies and boots in a proper manner.

“Fantastic holidays in the mountains”
A fantastic location away from the noise and tourist traffic rolling through the valley. It is quiet and cosy. You can hear the birds singing and have a magnificent view of the valley below you. The apartment is new, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Very clean. WiFi works without any problems. In the apartment is a complete set of information and brochures about tourist attractions. Very kind and helpfull landlady! We went back there after a few years. And we are already thinking of returning :)

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Very spacious, well appointed and comfortable sitting area. Good wi-fi with netflix etc. A quiet rural area with great views. About 3 or 4 km via road or footpath to Langenfeld for shops and services. Andrea is a great hostess.

Excellent position in the middle of the valley but on a small highland, surrounded by pastures, outside the crowd. The apartment is really well kept and clean, with lot of space for a family of 4. The host is really nice and always available in case of need.

Exceptionally clean apartment. You could have eaten from the floor if you'd like. There was a pleasant spring-breeze smell when we entered a room. We felt like that the apartment was built new for us. Silent place just below 20minutes of driving from Sölden. There are heated ski-boot stands + ski holders and a paking place so there is everything you would need for everyday skiing. Apt. owner was really kind. And yeah, the bed was sooo comfortable. Just reccomended!
