“A very nice place to stay!”
My room and bathroom, and the shared kitchen and living areas, as well as the outdoor space, were all excellent. The house has a very pleasant seaside atmosphere. Warren and Helen were friendly and generous hosts, and they gave me great suggestions for places to visit in the area.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provide information about excursions you can go on or even offer them themselves. The accommodation is in a good location, with the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Our room overlooked the garden and was very nice and lovingly furnished.

The accommodation was just lovely with lots of space and a beautiful, relaxing garden and pool. Warren and Helen gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The beds were comfy, the shared kitchen and lounge areas spacious, the rooms were very comfortable, and Helen's breakfasts were fabulous! We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic location, great communal kitchen and lounge area, comfy beds All on one ground level so easy access for my mom who has mobility issues, she also enjoyed beach walks. Short walk to the local restaurant favourite, Pearlys.

“A home away from home, but at the beach.”
We enjoyed such a warm welcome from the word go. When I was taken ill, both Helen and Warren were so thoughtful- supplying me from the first aid box and more. The venue has everything you might need, with a fully equipped kitchen too. The beach is a stroll away and the garden with pool, so serene and private. We loved our stay.

“What a perfect stay in this oasis!”
We had a wonderful stay at Langebaan on sea! The guesthouse really felt like a home away from home. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the garden, which was perfect to relax in the afternoon. And the pool was impeccable! There was everything you needed to hang, wash, and store kite gear, which was great! Helen and Warren were so kind and helpful throughout our stay and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for this lovely stay!
