“Too much noise”
Noise, cigarette butts all over, bird poo at the entrance to the unit. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. No lights. Dirty bedding. Buildings need fresh paint.

“Club Mykonos”
We were greeted with fresh juice and popcorn at reception. The chalet doesn't have a seaview but it is close to all amenities and was fully equipied e.g. iron, netflix, towels, toiletries, bedding, fridge, microwave, etc. Very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It is very secure; safe; lots of activities for the kids; you get a parking bay; there are porters to assist.

The friendliness of the staff as we explored a lot of areas on the premises. The convenience we didn't existed, so we didn't have to drive out to go buy food at the Laguna Mall.

“What a well kept and clean unit, I was super impressed with the condition of the unit. Very happy.”
The unit was spotless, it was fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery you would require for a comfortable stay. Loved that they provided complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Loved that the unit was equipped with an iron and ironing board, heaters in each room, aswell as extra blankets and pillows. Fantastic. Loved that clean towels, soap, shower gel and lotion is provided. 2 rechargeable lamps were provided for Loadshedding, this was a nice touch. There was also candles and matches.
