“Exceptional stay with thoughtful hosts and perfect location”

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The apartment offered complete privacy and came with a dedicated parking spot right next to the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. The location is ideal – all essential shops are within easy reach, The nature trips are also no problem, bike rental a few steps away. And the public transport stop is nearby. Speaking of which, the public transport system around Amsterdam is absolutely brilliant – you simply tap your payment card when boarding and tap out when leaving. So efficient! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. You can clearly see the love and care they've put into their property, which is documented in the photo albums they've created. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A lovely fully restored old farmhouse in a very pretty village and 15 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam! Well decorated and everything carefully curated for a good experience for the visitor. This home was eco friendly too and hot water, airco and heating supplied by heat pumps underground. I was extremely impressed.

Very well connected to the city, buses very frequent that brings you to a main train station. The town itself is lovely with lots of options for shops, restaurant, etc and has lots of beautiful areas to walk Can't recommend this place enough, we were made to feel very welcome and this is where I'll be staying next time I come to Amsterdam

The accommodation was perfect, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable with all the necessary equipment and even more: a nice filled basket awaited us on our arrival, paper guides with information on the visits, umbrellas available (but we didn't need them ;-). The outdoor terrace with a dining table and a lounge area with sofas and cushions was a big plus in the sun that we were lucky to have. The house is located in a very quiet and pretty area with shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, etc.) a few minutes' walk away. The bus is also a few minutes' walk from the house, coupled with the metro you are less than 30 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Yvette and Dimitri welcomed us warmly, gave us some advice without being too intrusive, really perfect, thank you again !

The accommodation was perfect for hosting us, as we were two couples of friends. The house was super warm and cozy, with all the necessary amenities, plus board games and beautiful decor. Ivette was incredibly welcoming, available, and flexible with us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those looking for a peaceful area away from the city but still very convenient and close thanks to the bus stop right outside the house. There was no breakfast. Location was good if you do not mind using the local transportation system to get places. Transportation was easy to use. Owner was more than helpful in trying to make our stay enjoyable.

The accommodation was located in a quiet village. We were able to relax comfortably after sightseeing. It was easy to park at the North Station and go to Amsterdam. It was also easy to use the highway to travel to other cities. The bakery and market in the village opened at 7am, so we could have freshly baked bread and fresh juice every morning. It was such a good place that our whole family was sad to leave.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and beautifully designed. Ivette and Dmitri are wonderful, kind and generous hosts. City center is only 5 minutes away by metro, when parking at the nearby Noord "park and ride".

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is close to Amsterdam with a direct bus route 2 mins from the apartment, but also close to the nature reserve and other local areas outside Amsterdam city. There is a well-stocked supermarket 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the kitchen has everything you need and more! Everything was spotless and the hosts made us feel very welcome. They were available to help, but also gave us privacy. WiFi was excellent, with fast speeds.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was exactly as seen on the pictures. You can reach Amsterdam Central in about 20 minutes via the nearest bus station (150 meters away). The owners were very helpful and kind, we really enjoyed our short stay!

This house is just a happy place! Perfectly equipped, very cosy feeling through beautiful details. Warm welcoming, useful information provided. Despite of cold weather, very pleasant temperature inside, comfy beds. Private parking provided, supermarket in 2 min walking distance, bus stop also. You need around 15-20 min with public transport to reach the city centre of Amsterdam, reliable connections. Ivette and Dimitri are great hosts and try their best to make you feel comfortable. They live in the same huge house, but through the separate entrance and the way it is built, you have the feeling to be accommodated in a separate smaller house with 3 rooms and a kitchen, there is absolutely no lack of privacy. We totally recommend this place!

We had a lovely 10 day stay. Great location both for visiting Amsterdam on public transport and for exploring the countryside. We appreciated the warm welcome from our hosts and their useful recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and beautifully restored. Worked really well for our family of 4 with teenage kids. Parking a bonus. Supermarkets very close on foot.

We loved this apartment. It's so welcoming, clean and is equiped with everything one needs. The location is a 10 mins Bus ride and 2 train stops away from Amsterdam Centraal. The area is beautiful and we would definitely return.

The property was Gorgeous. So homely and comfortable with the location being super handy (right next to a bus stop that takes you pretty much anywhere you need to go). The little town it’s located in has everything (restaurants, shops etc) and is perfect if you want to be away from the busyness of centraal but also close enough where you can still go and see everything. The beds were also so comfy, i don’t think we’ve ever slept so well before whilst visiting the Netherlands before.

Everything was just perfect. The location is excellent, quiet village feeling, close to nature, yet with an easy connection by public transport to the centre of Amsterdam. Equipped to the highest standards, nice kitchen and beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds.
