Loved the facilities for kids. Although we didn't have a chance to use the pool as rained the next day. The kids loved the playground area.

“Charged my credit card for the stay after they told us we couldn't stay because we had a pet.”
I booked through Bring Fido to find pet friendly facilities. When we arrived I was told the room wasn't ready because the rooms for pets are separate from regular rooms. Then all of a sudden the manager informs me they are not pet friendly and we couldn't stay. He was very abrupt about it with no negotiations at all. THEN after we leave to go find another hotel they charge my credit card for the stay. I am beyond upset about this.

“very happy with property”
overall i was very happy with the property. kids had fun running around and using the indoor pool since it was too cold for outdoors. room was very clean and i liked how i had access to the hall or the courtyard from room. staff was very helpful and quick to help.

Pool needs umbrellas, music for all age ranges at the pool not 90’’s day and night. needs vending machines that work and they should maintenance their air conditioners.

“Not great, lobby and staff were nice, but rooms were gross and not well kept, not worth the money.”
It was the woman at check ins first day on the job and she was great and very friendly. Hotel was a good proximity to the amusement park we were visiting.
