“Complete filth.”
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Complete filth. When we waddled in our room it was unbearable. The bathroom walls were rotted, we had COCKROACHES in our room, the microwave had WARM food still stuck to it, the mini fridge from broken as well. The TV didn't work, I called the front desk and was told "someone must have stole the HDMI cable AGAIN". So it must happen alot. We booked 2 nights, got there, wasn't even there an hour and they refused to give us our full refund, only half! *which took over 2 weeks* Everytime you try to talk to the manager you also get an excuse to why he isn't available. Ridiculous!!! I can't stress this enough, DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

The room could have been cleaned before we got there. The toilet was dirty, there was body hair all around the shower and the floors were covered in debris and the carpet had not been vacuumed in the last few visits. The hallway to the room was covered in debris and dog hair and was not vacuumed in quite a while.
