“Nice, but way too noisy.”
This hotel was lovely. Clean, convenient, friendly, beautiful. The accoutrements were modern and had flair …. and if it weren’t for the noise I’d have been delighted to return to this hotel.

“I was happy to be on site at the location of the CKC Scrapbooking Convention... so easy...”
The buffet breakfast was exceptional... I would expect pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. but I did not expect bagels and lox (with added touches of capers and eggs)!! The gentleman who seated us seemed to be working alone, and he sure does put in a LOT of steps!! The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was very nice - I didn't expect such good quality in a squeeze bottle attached to the wall...

Spacious and access to conference centre from inside hotel. Room was clean and had a view of Lancaster. Right in middle of Lancaster so easy access to bars and restaurants. The Exchange was a nice rooftop restaurant and bar Staff were helpful.
