“Fantastic stay...... we really enjoyed the stunning location and the facilities at the property”
The apartment was really well equipped and the communal areas, including the swimming pool, were excellent. The owners were very friendly and helpful. An efficient air conditioning system kept us comfortable and the owners had provided a plug-in mosquito repellant which was necessary and very effective.

“A perfect accommodation for Tuscany region!”
This was one of the best accommodations I have been to. The host were perfect. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the top sight seeing destinations. The house is situated between olive tree fields. It's perfect. The pool is magnificent. Apartment was fully equipped and air conditioned in all rooms. And not to forget the terrace with a view. You have to have a dinner on that terrace. Everything was thought of. For example each apartment has it's own designated table with a number on the terrace. There is even an ice machine on the terrace and everything required for mosquito repellent. Do not forget to buy the fantastic olive oil produced by the owners of the house.

Another of our favorite accommodations. It is one of the places we will return to someday. The narrow access road provides an experience, but once you get there... you don't want to leave. See you in the near future

“Calm & beautiful Tuscan villa”
A lovely and tastefully furnished flat with a beautiful garden and pool area. Donatella and Giovanni are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed our stay a lot and can highly recommend the Podere Il Quadro.

“Fantastic place to rest.”
Everything. Great, quite place. Incredible space and fresh air. Great location of the house. During high temperatures there were fantasting wind causes that you can really breath and rest. Friendly hosts. In every part you feel a touch of care. Beautyful views and clear swimmingpool.
