“Good but improvement needed”
Big spacious room. Breakfast is good. Lift access convenient for big luggages. Check in efficient. Sufficient bath towels. Amenities eg soap bar, shampoo/shower gel/conditioner/shower cap/shoe polish/razor/slippers

The staff were exceptional. We had serious flight issues in Istanbul which meant we were well behind schedule, and eventually arrived after 3am the next morning. Hotel staff still accommodated us, and were friendly and helpful from the time we arrived, to the time we left. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This hotel is highly recommended.

“Again we always stay at this hotel every time we are in the area. Cannot fault it.”
Was really close to the city centre which was a really nice thing as everything was at our fingertips. Parking underneath the hotel was a nice touch as there was space to be picked up. Staff were really friendly and attentive and the room was being looked after daily with cleaning and topping up towels etc/
