The Facility and Bungalow

“Just chilling by the beach.”

Breakfast is "Italian style" (coffee, sweets, yogurt, juice) but we supplemented it with some great options from a nearby store. Location is great - just on the beach you can basically just stay there an chill all day.

The location is excellent, right on a beach with very fine sand. We had 2 days of rain, so having a porch directly on the beach made the bad weather more bearable for the kids. The room was clean and cosy. Although small, it has air conditioning and ergonomic furniture.

Perfect location, my kids loved this place !!! Especially stay in one of the bungalovs, you just wake up i let them go out and play !!! Food and staff was great !!!! Would love to come again !!!

Building on the beach, about 30-40 meters to the water. Sunbeds and umbrella available. Restaurant 20 meters from the building. Good air conditioning. Despite not many people who speak English, communication is very pleasant and nice😉 The lady checking guests in was very nice and smiling.🙂 Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay for two.💓

“Wonderful”

We had a wonderful time at Stabilimento Roma! We felt incredibly welcome from the beginning when Giullia told us we could still have breakfast and go to our room much earlier than the check-in time! The room was small but super cozy, and we had everything we needed. It was amazing to stay literally on the beach, which was empty and made us feel like we had a private beach all to ourselves. We witnessed one of the most beautiful sunsets, and we would love to come back someday! Thank you, Giullia, for everything. And thank you, Miriam, for understanding that we do eat pizza with cappuccino! :)

We holidayed here in mid June 2024 with my wife and daughter. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time. Many thanks to the manager Julia for kindly allowing us to move into the bungalow early, it is hospitable! The bungalow itself is quite small but well designed, well made and comfortable enough for a 5-7 day holiday. The beach is gorgeous, of white-yellow fluffy sand, wide, spacious, clean, equipped with large umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds. Very much liked the entrance to the sea and the zone of comfortable bathing (150 meters from the shore feet still touch the sand!). The water in June was a bit cool +22 ... +23 degrees, but it was quite enough for us for frequent bathing. The huge beach was not crowded at all and we felt the exclusivity of our stay there. The restaurant's cuisine deserves a special mention - all the dishes were divinely magnificent, above all praise! We ate only there and had no desire to leave the territory and eat somewhere else. By the way, 5-10 minutes from the beach there is a shop with everything you need and a big fruit shop. The staff, chefs and waiters are all nice and friendly people. There was a large children's play area with a childminder for our daughter in addition to all the beach activities. We had a late return flight, and Julia allowed us to stay in the bungalow for a few hours after the check-out, which we were also very happy. We will definitely be back!

Location at the beach, quiet place to enjoy a few days before or after visiting Rome .You need to have a car to get there and around.Good sun beds and umbrella included in price.

The staff is exceptional, always ready to answer all your doubts/needs. The owners are very friendly. With the bungalows we have the impression of sleeping on the beach listening to the sea once in bed. Everything is cooked with very fresh products of the same day like the fish, simply delicious.

“During quiet season is a really nice place to stay for some days.”

During our stay there were only 2 other people, so it was really calm and quiet. These bungalows are so cute and special, really was good to wake up and step on the beach. Bungalow was clean and beautiful. Host and staff were really friendly and hostile. Beach chairs were really nice and beach was beautiful.

Just wonderful! Thanks a lot! Falling asleep and waking up with a sea view is wonderful. The cottages are very clean and comfortable. The staff is super. The food is great! We'll be back ❤️

The location was an A+. The bungalow was kept up to date with a good air con. It was small, but had all the furniture that was needed, except from a kitchen (there was only a microwave and a fridge). The staff was welcoming, in a good mood and very helpful. Sunshade and deck chairs were included. Nearby was a lovely store.
