“Loved it, funky hotel and best staff ever.”
Jessica welcomed us properly and took the time to show us around the room and the ski storage instead of just handing over the keys. That small gesture really set the tone for our stay and made us feel comfortable straight away. The room was nice, clean, fresh and the bathroom even had a bath which was a saviour after the day of skiing. Nathias, Julia and Emily were just as welcoming throughout our time there. They were friendly, approachable and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made the whole place feel relaxed and comfortable. Chef Olivier’s dishes were delicious. You must try the soup of the day as it goes very quickly for a reason. We also noticed he cooks separately for the staff to make sure they are fed and looked after before dinner service starts at 7pm, which says a lot about the atmosphere of the hotel. Such a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 2 min walk from the gondola taking you to other chairlift and ski areas. Skimium ski rental is literally the next door.

Location was excellent, right next to 2 lifts to the slopes. Breakfast was a good selection of continental style and the staff were brilliant at topping up anything that was running low. Easy check in process and very helpful staff. Excellent stay, would thoroughly recommend.

Great location and good staff, breakfast was excellent, although cereal wasn't to my liking, the milk taste a little weird, so I stuck with fresh fruit and yogurt 😉👍 and eggs and bacon and sausages afterwards. Restaurant was handy although was a bit shocked at 20% on drinks when we got our bill... Put a bit of a dampener on the overall meal.. but other than that was very good. Love the idea and theme's they had for each room.. our little Ellie loved it there ..

Property was very close the two different ski lifts, so access to the slopes was easy. It was also right next to the tourism office and a ski rental shop, so getting set up was a breeze.

PopAlp was the perfect hotel for us. It is comfortable if not luxurious, and the staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The location for access to the ski areas is perfect - right next to the Télécentre lift which takes you tot the bottom of Pic Blanc and only a minute's' walk from the Alpe Express which takes you to the Bergers central lift & shopping area. Breakfast is very good, they have a good menu in the breakfast/restaurant area, a crêpe station and numerous good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Highly recommended!
