Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The spa is very nice (make sure to book). Breakfast is excellent. This was our 2nd time and we hope to stay again next season.

The location offers abundantly free parking outside, unlike the paid hotel parking. The breakfast is decent, fairly good, but not exceptional. As for the room, it’s a comfortable size with a great view and the shower has amazing water pressure, which is definitely a highlight. Clean spa facilities.

We had a wonderful room with a balcony and a westerly view that meant the room was sunny in the afternoon and early evening. The staff were very attentive and polite and the food was superb! The pool and spa facilities were pleasant.

The hotel is located in one of the many neighbourhoods of Alpe d'Huez: the Berger district. For skiing, it is one of the best places to access the most popular slopes of the mountain (ski lifts Marmottes, Pic Blanc, and Auris). There is only a 5-minute walk with skis to reach the hotel, so it is basically ski-in/ski-out for us. The distance to the town centre is about a 15-minute walk, which can be challenging in winter, but there is a free resort bus stopping right in front of the hotel, crossing the large parking area. The parking is very big. Breakfast was great and the staff is always around for help. We dined twice and it was good too (and the kitchen manager can personalize any dish on the menu, plus he is always around). I stayed in room 402 and it was spacious enough for two people. The beds are really comfortable. The staff of the hotel is very helpful (special thanks to Jérémie and Maxime for their help with our luggage and ski equipment).

Generous room size with fantastic view to the mountains. Good bed and bathroom. The whole staff team was smiling and attentive, feeling very welcome at this hotel. New Years dinner was at a good standard. Breakfast was good with many options.

Amazing staff, most of them were trying to go the extra mile for us. Nice and big bedroom, really appreciated the bath and the amazing view on the mountain, worth paying a supplement. Generous breakfast as well and the pool was great!
