If you are a fit hiker you should stay here and do the day 4 variant (up to the Latpari pass) on your Mesta to Ushguli hike. The guesthouse was great, very clean with excellent, plentiful food. We enjoyed a drink out the front watching the cows and the owners have two friendly dogs.

the family hotel is very good and comfertable compare to the other options in the mestia -ushguli trek the dinner eas exallent and tasty the breafast was good and simple the hosts were kind and wellcoming the main disadvantage is that 'if you are finishing day 3 of the trekking and you want to finish in ipareli / that hotel is further more 4 km after ipareli so it brings the third day up to 20.5 km very long and hard day the plus is that its on the way of the 4thhiking day and it shorten the last hiking day by the same 4 km

“Very friendly women”

Lovely accommodation, lovely couple. Absolutely delicious dinner and the bread was so good. Breakfast was good too but maybe a little more would be good for the price (dinner 35, breakfast 25). Good location, have to walk a bit further but worth it to make the journey shorter the next day

“Great hotel on the hiking route”

This is a great place to stay after 3 long days of hiking. It's located on the highway but is very quiet. The walking trail to Ushguli is only a few meters down the road. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is small but also very clean with hot water and a nice shower, although it does make the entire bathroom wet, but when you're not sharing, it's not as bad. The owners are very nice and one speaks very good English. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and plentiful.

Staff was very nice, though difficult to communicate in English. Heater in the room available.

After the intense hike, this place is where you want to go. Comfortable room, amazing hot shower, great dinner and breakfast, kind host. It’s definitely worth the extra km’s of walking. Besides, it cuts the length of the last day of the hike to Ushguli.

The owner is very nice , the place feels like a warm home , it's a guest house not a hotel but the experience was very good , very recommend for the area , the facilities are better than the other places for sure
