The owner pay attention to every single detail, from welcoming “setup” till a very confy stay. The whole investment smells like huge respect for the tourists. Highly recommended.

Stunning property. Owner met us on site and remained flexible and graciously responsive to our evolving arrival time. Exceptional property: Modern, contemporary, simply the most stunning view over Paleokastrista you could imagine, pool area was spacious and grand with plenty of comfortable chaise lounges (also with stunning views). The kitchen was stocked beautiful appliances along with with tea, spices, bread and meat/cheese for sandwiches as well as water. We didn't have to race to a grocery store upon arrival. We absolutely loved our stay so much that we extended it for an additional night.

This place was epic, finished to a beautiful standard and the host is super friendly. We loved the private pool and the beautiful decor in the apartment. Really good base to explore the area, car is a must as it’s up a hill but means incredible views and cool temperatures.

Immaculate property, well fitted out, everything we could need. Pool was a godsend in the heat wave and outside fridge kept us hydrated with cool liquid’s as we soaked up the amazing view. The owner was so friendly and approachable and helped in recommending Taxi, Quad Hire, Restaurants and Boat Hire.

What a view. It gives you a beautiful view of the bay. It’s a proper walk up the hill but definitely worth it for the views from the balcony and the pool area. The villa has been designed very smartly, the pool area can be used for the two separate villas or there is a screen which pulls back if families had both villas. There is a lovely outdoor kitchen and table with a pergola which was great for breakfast and lunch. The villa itself is clearly very new, has everything you need and was spotless. Panos was very helpful as well.

the most amazing place on the island❤️, the view is worth a million. the villa is completely new, perfectly equipped, thinking of even the smallest details. swimming pool, there is even a jacuzzi area, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and an outdoor refrigerator. down the hill - Paleokastritsa with cafes and restaurants, marinas and beaches. to go up the mountain on foot - there is definitely something to do, but sport is health😄👌. with a car - scary only the first time😄. the owners are very nice. a unique place. I would definitely like to come back❤️❤️❤️. grab this place as soon as you find it free!

Everything about this place is fantastic. The location offers panoramic views and is close to local beaches and restaurants. With there only being 3 villas on the property it's quiet and private. The owner came to check us in and answer any questions we had which was a really nice touch. Him and his wife are both incredibly accommodating.

We stayed at Paleo Villas in late August. My wife and I stayed in Villa Salvia with our younger daughter, whilst our elder daughter stayed in the one bedroom villa above us with her boyfriend. I was concerned by the lack of reviews when we booked, and very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The villas were newly built this year and are fantastic (as per the pictures), clean comfortable and well equipped. The views are breathtaking, even better than the pictures. It really is a stunningly beautiful spot. Early evening we were treated to aerial displays from the swallows (or swifts?) swooping down to get a drink of water from the pool. Panos was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. He and his wife were lovely and looked after us very well during our stay, always available to help with any queries or problems. The walk down the hill only takes about 8 to 10 minutes, but back up more like 15 as it’s steep and a hard slog in the heat. You don’t get this view without a hill to climb! We hired a car and found it useful for getting up and down the hill to the beach and restaurants and also to some of the bigger beaches 20 to 30 minutes away. There are 4 beaches in Paleokastritsa and all are quite small and busy although by prebooking beds, we found some nice spots (Akron beach club the best). We drove to Glyfada beach a couple of days which was a very pretty large sandy beach which was lovely. We also drove into Corfu old town late one afternoon and had a walk round the fort and the bustling shops and dinner in the evening which was very pretty and we would recommend.
