Nothing was there to like. No water in the washroom and the washroom was so dirty.

The fact that this property is listed to be occupied during winters in Albania should scare everyone away from booking this . There's no way you can live in this property during winters. When we switched on the AC on heater mode, the switch board tripped. The host warned us not to use all appliances at once! We were shivering in the cold! There is only one toilet within the house and one outside. Good luck using the outside one in winters. You may very well freeze. There was power cut the 2nd day morning and we were freezing again. No heater, no hot water . Nothing. The electric gate wouldn't open because of power cut. Manual control was stuck too. Our car was stuck inside the compound.. we checked out of the property a few hours later and went somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this.

The house was beautiful, with a high-walled garden that made it perfect for families. We loved the peaceful and natural atmosphere — there were chickens in the garden and sheep at the back, which the kids really enjoyed. One of the highlights was being able to pick fresh fruits and collect eggs straight from the garden. It was a very special and relaxing stay overall.

Tony was very helpful from the moment we landed in helping us arrange transportation to the house as well as ensuring all was in order. Environment was clean and quiet, we loved the pool which was already filled up. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Nice place to relax out of Tirana. Quite big yard, space to play, and have barbecue. It is possible to come in a bigger group. It's easier to come there by car instead of public transport (at least we haven't noticed any available in the nearest area).

Nice roomy house with a large garden full of vegetables and fruit. Helpful and friendly host. Our kids loved the pool, we especially loved the airconditioning. Highly recommended.

Chateau Sukaj is a lovely villa in a beautifull fenced garden. We booked this the night we needed it, and the hosts were really quick with taking care of everything. It's close to the airport. And we slept like roses :)

Lovely house close to airport, we just stayed for one night after our flight - loads of beds and big garden, lovely kitchen! We had trouble opening the gate but host was helpful to sort this quickly

This place is a wonderful house with a wonderful garden, clean rooms, and very good location in Kamez. For those who need to work/move in Tirana, is very near to the city center. We had a beautiful experience during our stay there with friends and collegues, and you can easily plan to use the space also for collective gatherings and other activities, just let Dritan know before. We will defenitly come again there and share with friends this opportunity.

Very large propriety with maybe 50 trees. Barbecue and a small swimming pool. Outside toilets and showers. House is clean and confortable for us (4). Helpful owner.

Price comfor performance is perfect. Enjoy the silence of the evening. you can't find a house of this size for this price in Tirana. It also offers barbecue facilities. A very large and fruitful garden, close to the airport, here's what you need to be careful about; Since water comes to the whole city twice a day, it should be consumed carefully. The host is very kind and concerned. I will recommend it to everyone.
